Sol is part of Casa Calavera, a tropical paradise in San Pancho, Nayarit! A lush property in a village setting. We're just an 8 minute walk to town and only a 12 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Perfect for working remotely with our FAST WiFi! Rooftop has stunning mountain, ocean and sunset views. The large suite has a/c, king bed, desk, mini fridge, coffeemaker, and safe. Enjoy the shared spaces of the saltwater pool, rooftop and outdoor grill. All water is filtered and drinkable from tap.

Casita del Ranchero (at Sayulita Oasis)

Very small, cozy unit with one Queen bed. It is surrounded by garden at the far back of our property with 6 more units in the front part that all together make up our "Sayulita Oasis". It has a private en-suite bathroom. Please note that it does not have a kitchen / fridge. Feel free to use the small, shared dipping pool in the front area. Also, please look at the last photo. It shows and describes the layout of the whole property and all it's casitas and common areas like pool or gardens.

Casa Pōno Sayulita is a close to downtown modern home with a private first level suite on Sayulita's south side. Remodeled in the fall of 2024, the Pōno Suite is the perfect place for a solo traveler or couple enjoying Sayulita who want to be close to everything but appreciate being able to easily step away from the action when it is time.

Lo de Marcos - Casita 2 del Jardin

This 140 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach; 10 min to town. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Note: bathroom is accessed by going outside and down the stairs! There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

Al salir ahí tienes una rápida conducción por un lado a las hermosas playas de Nayarit con toda su diversión, el pueblo mágico de Sayulita, el final de la bahía de Banderas en la hermosa playa de Punta de mita. Hacia el otro lado, Nuevo Nayarit, Vidanta World y la vida nocturna de Puerto Vallarta.

Ventana al Cielo in Sayulita which translates to: Window to the heavens, and the view certainly is heavenly! Fabulous ocean, jungle and village views, spectacular sunsets. Located near the less populated beach on north side of the river on a quiet dead end street. Approximately 5 minute walk to the beach at the end of our road. Maybe a 7 minute walk to Sayulita village where you will find restaurants, markets and anything you could want to enjoy your stay.
