The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

Beautiful and well appointed condo! The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Phillip is a wonderful host. Always responsive, flexible with our travel changes and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend if you are traveling to Los Suenos.

Great location in the middle of Los Suenos and ideal for the marina for fishing and also the beach club for relaxing. I would certainly stay there again.

Tim & Kristina did not miss one detail in their “Welcome Package” to help us navigate Jaco. They couldn’t have done any better. FYI We have family that have owned a condo around the corner for 7 years & took away a few ideas for a better stay from Tim & Kristina.

Everyone in our party said it was the nicest placed we stayed on our trip through Costa Rica. Everything inside and out was what you’d expect from an upscale resort. Clean, comfortable, great selection of amenities. And a thoughtful welcome gift. Inside the resort was great restaurants, pools and spas, and of course golf. Nearby are nice eating places, the beach, and attractions. We love staying in Los Sueños we we are in Costa Rica and the Del Mar condo is our top choice.

A condominium equipped to make a stay with all the amenities, very close to all the commerce of Jacó and its beach, however with the tranquility we need families. The TVs do not have cable so you need platforms, very used currently. The elevators work very well but they had a protector that increased the heat in it should be removed or look for ventilation mechanisms inside.

The place is exactly as described, well stocked. Everything works. In general, very comfortable.

We really enjoyed Jeff's place from the start. It was very nice and a great place to relax by the pool. When it was time to go fishing, it could not be more convenient. I hope to comeback next year. Thank you Jeff, you're a great host.

Excellent place, my family and I were delighted my children are definitely dying to come back, the attention was wonderful,the place was very warm, clean and very well equipped, the service provided by the host Armando was very kind, respectful in general his work is very high quality, I appreciate all the attention and definitely my family and I will return.

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Erick’s place was as advertised. Close to the beach, and a short walk from the main strip. Was quiet at night with good curtains and excellent AC so sleeping was extremely comfortable. Erick was very responsive with any questions I had. The building has very good 24/7 security so I always felt safe. Would stay again.

A very quiet place, the residential complex is fabulous, the surroundings with nature are very pleasant. I really liked the pool, the place was very clean.

Great condo for an amazing weekend in Los Sueños. The location is excellent.The place is very clean and full of details ( soap, shampoo, cooking ingredients, etc ) to enhance our stay . Rosemary is friendly and very responsive. We will return

Pleasant, peaceful accommodations that had everything I needed. The condo Looked exactly liked the pictures and appreciated the guarded, gated community. Very Responsive, generous host that gave local recommendations that was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I miss Costa Rica already! Pura Vida!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained. It was such a treat to be able to take a dip in the pool—perfect for relaxing. The location is great: it’s quiet and peaceful, just outside of town, but still very easy to get into town when needed. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away! Katherine was also fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described if not better. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Communication with John was flawless; he was responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.
