MISION BAY FACING THE SEA AND WITH A POOL

Comfortable, fully equipped apartment. Completely renovated in May 2019, located on the oceanfront, ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. It also features a large communal pool on the upper level, where the parking area is located. Enjoy a barbecue on the large grill while looking out at the ocean. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUILDING AND THE SURROUNDING AREA ARE OLD, AND THESE ARE MATTERS UNRELATED TO THE CONDO WE ARE RENTING TO YOU, AND THAT THE INTERNET AT KINO IS SLOW.

An apartment with its unique style on the beach shore. Downstairs, your patio is connected to the large common area. Enjoy the relaxed family atmosphere, where you can hear the waves and the breeze. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, AC, heating, smart TV, parking space in front of the building. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with a single bed. When the double bed is in use, the room is filled (almost wall to wall) with a bed. The living room has a single sofa bed.
