"Amanecer" House

The lovely Amanecer house is fantastic value for money. Its interiors are comfortable, beautiful and functional, with three bedrooms that have a total of four single beds, one king size and a sofa bed, as well as a full bathroom. It offers a large backyard, terrace, garage for two vehicles and an excellent location four blocks from the El Pargo Rojo restaurant and just half a block from the Kino Nuevo store, on Mar de Cortés Avenue, across the street from the beach.

The spacious kitchen features modern appliances including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Ample counter space is available, complemented by light cabinetry and decorative wall art. A sink is situated near a window, and a small rug adds a touch of comfort to the tiled floor.
