A due minuti a piedi si trovano diversi supermercati, bar, pasticcerie, farmacia, banca, tabaccheria, giornalaio, lavanderia, parrucchiere, ogni servizio! A 4/5 minuti di macchina le famose spiagge di Liscia Ruja, Romazzino, Capriccioli, Pevero. Nella zona sono presenti moltissimi locali alla moda e ristoranti (anche walking distance).

This charming one bedroom apartment is a real gem in the wonderful setting of S’Abba e Sa Pedra. The access staircase is for exclusive use and leads to the first and only floor of the house. From the main door you enter directly into the living area, immersed in the light that passes through the numerous large windows. It is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people (sofa bed in the living room). It has a parking space and free access to the swimming pool of the complex.
