"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The place is warm, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like home. Everything is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to ensure optimal comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which allowed us to fully and serenely enjoy our stay. We recommend this place without a second thought, and for sure, we'll be happy to come back!

Marcia is a wonderful host. She has tried to make our vacation enjoyable. The house is clean, she changed the towels and it meant to us. We had a backyard and the car was safe. It's close to a super market,pharmacy, beach. Marigot is a great position to tour the island.

great location, quiet while being close to many bars and restaurants. Cozy cottage very well equipped with its small tree-lined gardens, a little paradise. I recommend it 100%, can't wait to go back.

The house was immaculate. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. We loved that the kitchen had a hybrid approach to cooking whereas there were two gas pilot and an electric stove. All bedrooms were nice with extra towels and linens. All rooms had TV’s (the internet would go off for periods of time). You can charge your phone, tablet, etc bedside. Nice size backyard with a “cozy” pool. The house was very accommodating. It was 5 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Free parking space in the front. We had two issues that were very quickly addressed. The host lived right across, which helps with resolving any issues quick. Sabrina is vey nice. Quick to respond prior to the trip and during the trip. She was accommodating as well i had a phone interview that was past the check out time and she graciously let us check out a little later so I can take my interview. Highly recommend!

I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! A truly lovely studio with many wonderful touches and amenities. I especially loved the little balcony and bench to drink my coffee in the morning while enjoying the sunrise and the beautiful view of St. Martin in the distance. Thomas was an excellent host and always very responsive to any questions or requests. The location is absolutely ideal and very convenient to a good grocery store (Best Buy), many fabulous restaurants and some of the most gorgeous beaches, all within easy driving distance. I definitely recommend staying with Thomas in his Creative Studio and I hope to come back again soon!

This was a gem! Looks even better than the photos. Such an amazing stay that I practically didn’t want to leave! Cozy space and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Literally had everything I needed and more. Ideal for a longer stay, like a few weeks or so. I didn’t want to leave I was so comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive, there was a packet with information about everything in the area. I didn’t use the pool but it was nice with very few people so pretty peaceful. The beach is truly a short walk and it was beautiful. Everything is so convenient! Close to a grocery store and restaurants as well as a casino. Ideal location for sure. I had a rental car and even though there is no guaranteed parking spot I never had an issue finding parking. I would certainly stay here again.

I recently booked this property for a recent trip to St Maarten to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday in May 2025. I wanted a property that felt like an intimate villa space. When I came across this listing, it was PERFECT. The deck overlooking the lagoon and the pool was a huge selling factor for me. Isa the property manager is extremely responsive, she messaged me ahead of time, obtained our flight details and provided several resources such as car rentals, restaurants, private drivers etc. The neighbourhood (Point Pirouette) is very close to the Maho main strip but you do require access to a car. It a very quiet, peaceful, residential, gated community. The unit has all amenities required, wifi works, AC in living room and bedroom, the deck was my fav place to unwind with my husband, to watch the sunrise and the sunset. There's ample natural lighting and the space is tastefully decorated. I would stay at this property again without thinking twice about it.

I can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful time Élodie! It’s exactly like the photos, picturesque! The bed is very comfortable. Everything works perfectly. Having coffee out on the deck, overlooking my own little section of beach was just what I was praying for and that’s exactly what I got! The beach is lovely to swim in. Élodie provided everything we could possibly need and more. I felt immediately at home and cannot wait to come back. The location is walkable to the main street where you can find several nice places to eat. To note is that the beach is accessible from the house via little stairs that are kind of like a ladder. For us it was totally fine!

Such a great spot! We enjoyed the local restaurants and finding our way around!!! Everyday we found a new nook filled with yummy food and loved the local shops! Can not wait to come back to the island in the fall. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Words cannot begin to describe Roel and Chan’s place. Absolutely stunning!!!!!! One of the best Airbnb’s that we’ve stayed at. Most definitely we will return to their place. They were so kind and friendly, their place is right on the Simpson’s Bay beach, literally you walk off your back deck onto the white beautiful sand and have nothing but the bluest ocean to look at. So centrally located on the Dutch side to all the restaurants and anything you need. Such a beautiful island. Thank you Roel and Chan for the most memorable vacation I’ve ever had.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

To sum up 10/10 would recommend. Will stay again if I come back! I had a few interactions with Jean Paul booking and with his associates a while there. They do a very good job as property managers and the property itself was just great. Also helpful with suggestions thanks again Jean Paul, Laurènce and your other collaborators.

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. About a 3 min drive to airport. Walking distance to Maho beach. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived which wouldn’t be a big deal but my husband was sick and needed to lay down. We had to wait an extra 45 mins to check in when we got to the room it was spotless. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the Maho area and be in the hustle and bustle of things. We appreciated the host providing beach essentials as well.

this place is just as advertised. once its available just go ahead and booked it. I definitely will stay here again once in SXM. i truly enjoyed this place.
