Holiday rentals with a patio in Baie Nettlé

Definitely stay at Nadiia’s place. From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Super clean, has everything you need and more. The video to help assist with directions was perfect. Very close to the Super U grocery store and great restaurants. Super quiet area. We loved the outdoor kitchen/porch. Drying rack came in handy for the beach towels etc. We won’t even think twice of where to stay when we go back to St. Martin. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This place was in a great location between Maho and Mullet beach. Lots of great restaurants were close as well as a grocery store. Her place had a beautiful view and included a small lunch bag cooler to use during the day which was so helpful along with beach towels. The beach towels now are a must purchase for us because we loved them. The host was so wonderful and answered any questions we had. She left us snacks and water bottles. We would definitely stay at this place again.

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful time at Rosyenni, the apartment got everything you needed, Eventually you need to rent a car as the location is a little far by walking distance from the village Pelican Bay, and Simpson Bay, plus the view from the balcony is breath taken, you can chill at night watching the boat traffic, will recommend it 100%🙏😃

The pictures of the condo unit were EXACTLY as they were advertised on this site. The Condo was in Excellent condition. They complex where the unit is located is a wonderful with location that is in the heart of the Cupecoy area of the island. The host was very accommodating and answered important questions prior to us booking. The service we received upon arrival was equally outstanding and responsive. The overall experience was Excellent. The combination of location, the complex, the unit and host all added up to be one of the best units we have rented on this platform, to date. I would 100% recommend this location and the unit to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay in St. Maarten. It is a perfectly located spot on the island. We'll be back for sure! Thanks

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans ce logement. L’endroit est chaleureux, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tout est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour assurer un confort optimal. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement et sereinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés, et c’est certain, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

one night stay. Nice space. very comfortable. great neighborhood. short walk to simpson bay. cleaners were working when we arrived but host allowed us to drop off our luggage. one bedroom airconditioner was not working when we arrived but it just the circuit breaker had been turned off (fixed ourselves) Be advised that the airport runway is adjacent and large jets land and takeoff every day between about 10am and 3 pm. no planes dusk to dawn.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

Le studio correspond en tous points à la description. La vue est tellement belle et le son des vagues agréable, qu’il faisait bon prendre notre déjeuner et souper sur le balcon ! La cuisine est bien équipée pour se faire à manger, la laveuse a été très appréciée voyageant en carry on et tout le studio est très fonctionnel. Virginie et Karine sont vraiment des super hôtes ! Avons passé un superbe séjour et je recommande ce logement sans hésiter !!!

Delightful place for us. A simple and efficient condo perfect for us. Loved the location locally with 2 beautiful beach side restaurants just meters away. Pool just feet from our residence and never crowded. Cadisco a 3 minute walk with most anything you might need. With a car, there was a myriad of beaches and eateries not far away. Rose was very communicative answering questions and explained the ins and outs of the place and area. Anytime we had a question we received an answer within minutes. She lives in the same complex so she is accessible quickly. We would definitely book with Rose again.

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Die Maisonettewohnung ist wunderschön, mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer & tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend & es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage & über einen kleinen Trampelpfad ist man schnell am Strand. Es gibt 2 Sonnenschirme sowie 2 ganz tolle Liegen für den Strand. Die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine war eine Freude für mich & das Bett überaus gemütlich. Man sollte bestenfalls einen Polo, also ein kurzes Auto oder ein höheres Auto, wie einen kleinen SUV haben. Kein zu großes Auto & kein zu langes, da man sonst auf der Einfahrt aufsetzt. Wir mussten aufgrund dessen das Auto tauschen. Unser Checkin lief nicht ganz reibungslos, da niemand anzutreffen war & wir kein Internet hatten, um Bescheid zu geben. Nachbarn halfen uns mit dem WLAN & dann kam jemand, um uns das Haus zu öffnen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Die Owner sowie die Agentur waren sehr zuvorkommend und proaktiv in der Kommunikation :)
