Peaceful private home on lush green resort like compound with historical outbuildings plus an additional studio apartment available for larger groups.Ideal for couples or a small family looking to explore the North or South forks of Long Islands East End and a short drive to the Hamptons famous beaches, villages and restaurants.A true garden lovers getaway with extensive flowers, vegetable and fruits and even our own apiary providing local raw honey. Near lots of wineries, restaurants and 2 miles from Tanger outlet mall shopping & top 5 rated Splish Splash Water Park. .Adjacent to the Peconic River for canoeing, kayaking, fishing or birding. The quiet winding country roads on either side of the river are a favorite destination for walking/joggers, biking and motorcycle touring. Riverhead town is a great central location and an easy drive to bay and ocean beaches. The area is still very much a rural farming area and a foodies delight with many pick your own fields,farmers markets, farm stands, wineries, horse, buffalo, and goat farms and even a potato vodka distillery and tasting room! We have an awesome Aquarium in town and our newly reopened Suffolk Theater with nightly live music and shows. Riverhead has lots of inexpensive small cafe style eateries for those on a budget.

Relax on the spacious deck in the morning and catch a glimpse of the Long Island Sound.Relax in the evenings and watch the the beautiful colors of our sunsets. In walking distance( 1.5-2 miles) is our local Fruit and Vegetable Farm Stand as well as the Riverhead Ciderhouse, LIV Vodka, Baiting Hollow Wineries, Cooperage Inn and Beautiful Sunflower fields! Cabin in Rocky Point

Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private ,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. We enjoyed our stay at this adorable house in Rocky Point! The location was tucked away enough for peace and quiet but still close to the main road where you can easily find things. The home felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we walked in and he was flexible with us for check in time which was kind It was spacious with nicely decorated rooms and plenty of privacy thanks to the upstairs and downstairs layout. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was a huge bonus. We especially appreciated the coffee maker for our mornings! Chris was communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and easy. We would recommend and stay here again!

Outstanding place in all respects. House design. Fantastic views. Private beach. All modern features: WiFi, Smart Tv, Sound system. Great taste in furniture/design. Location great: wineries, W Hampton, Greenport. Great place to stay even when weather not ideal. Host (Joe) helpful and available at any time. Had a great stay (7 days in August 2024) Hope to return sooner than later.

Truly a home away from home! The house was well-appointed with many thoughtful amenities provided by the host. The backyard was a peaceful oasis with many areas provided for relaxation and conversation. The sun room provided additional space for games which was nice. Also, the home is conveniently located not far from shopping and restaurants. Del is a considerate and attentive host. You will enjoy your visit!

This place is a hidden gem. So close to the beach, easy to get to and full of charm. We really enjoyed our stay and the location. It's small in places, but well-organized and every inch of space is thoughtfully used. You can tell they care a lot about this place and are looking to do more with it.
