A very private and cosy stone Tiny House with stunning mountain & pool views. PERFECT IF YOU LOVE SILENCE, NATURE. The local area has a river, castle, winery, mountains and mediterranean beaches. This lovely mezzanine studio has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The private terrace outside has a BBQ, table, chairs and amazing views to enjoy your evening glass of vino! The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.

2 Bedroom apartment with shared swimming pool

You will find our house in a residencial area of the village of El Perelló . The apartment is to the side of our house but has it's own private entrance. The apartment consists of a light kitchen / living with a garden with seating. One double bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 bed and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and a wooden baby bed and a bathroom make a comfortable stay for 4 people and a baby. Downstairs you will find our swimming pool area, it is shared with the studio (2p).

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Het appartement (60m2) is volledig privé maar wel inpandig in onze masia . Wij bevinden ons in alle rust maar wel op loopafstand van het levendige dorp Horta de sant joan en aan de autovrije wandel-en fietsroute Via verde, midden tussen olijf-en amandelbomen, wijngaarden en schitterende uitzichten. Mas d'en Jan calma y naturaleza. En medio de campos de olivos y algarrobas, un rincón tranquilo en las afueras de la ciudad de Roquetes en unas vistas privilegiadas del Parque Natural dels Ports. Un lugar pensado para relajarse, descansar y disfrutar. This place is where I grew up and spent a large part of my youth. Farming is part of my family roots, so together with my grandfather Ramón we produce our own olive oil. The house is located on a private estate surrounded by olive trees, and has a large garden with different areas to relax, play or enjoy the pool. Prepare a barbecue or a pizza and share a good meal with friends or family.
