My home is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of town, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. The apartment, elegant and quiet despite being very centrally located (and soundproofed), occupies a typical Mediterranean style house (no elevator), with 45 m² and with a maximum capacity of 3 guests, includes the following spaces: - Spacious bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep, LED lighting, blackout blinds, and a large window letting in natural light. It features a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV series in your language. The room includes two bedside tables, two reading lamps, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a vanity area. Upon request and at an additional cost, we can provide an extra single bed (90 cm) in this same room for a third guest (or for a second guest who does not wish to share the king-size bed). We provide complimentary bed linen and two towels (one for the bath and one for the hand towel) per guest. - Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and all necessary cooking utensils. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions. Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of purchasing these essential items. - Dining area with a table, comfortable wicker chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking Calle Saiz de Carlos, a picturesque area full of shops. A desk with a lamp is provided for connecting devices and working comfortably. - Large, fully equipped bathroom with a spacious double rain shower and glass enclosure. We generate our electricity from solar panels, avoid single-use plastics, and separate our waste, among other measures.

The apartment has been partially renovated and many of the furniture is brand new. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, in the living room there is a sofa/bed with two extra seats. The internet connection is high speed (fiber optic). Come enjoy a few days of vacation in front of the sea. Place of interest: For golf lovers and families including the little ones. You'll love my place because of its location. It's on the Panorámica golf course and 10 minutes from the beach, next to Vinaroz and the Ebro Delta. The surroundings are green and the views overlook the 8th hole of the golf course surrounded by gardens and a swimming pool. My place is good for couples and families (with children) whether they like golf or not. There are also paddle tennis courts, pitch & putt and children's play areas.
