The house has been recently renovated with a new kitchen; complete with everything you need to make amazing food with the best view in town. There is also a BBQ area overlooking the ocean. In the 4,500 m2 space, there is native forest, lake, gazebo, swimming pool, barbecue area, fireplace and lots of nature. Ideal for couples with children, friends or the whole family. It is 15 km from Conservatória, the land of the seresta, a must-see for anyone visiting the region.
