The spacious open floor plan inside includes one queen bed, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, and a large countertop/bar for food preparation, eating and entertaining. The large balcony/patio outside includes a charcoal grill, and wicker furniture. The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

Free parking is 2 small blocks away from the house. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cool box are provided. Dive shops, swimming beach and restaurants are located within 5 minutes walking distance. The Surf Hut and Pelican Palace are located on the same lot but have independent access. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old.

One neighbor close on north side but open desert & ocean view to south, yet 10 min drive to town with more restaurants & shopping. Surfing a few miles north & whale watching on the large front porch & rooftop! NO smoking on property.
