Family-friendly holiday rentals in Baja California Sur

We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location was a little outside the tourist area but not too far. They provided more condiments and supplies than most places do. There are two pools on the property so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time and if you love watching sporting events there is a sporting facility right across the street with events most nights but don’t worry it is not loud or disruptive.

We loved the proximity to the ocean, the pools, the view from the unit and the outdoor seating area next to the beach. We also enjoyed watching surfers.

Stunning condo, exactly as pictured. A short walk to Medano Beach, and only a $4-5 USD Uber ride away from the marina. We arranged for a round trip airport pickup through Hugo with Carlos, which included a grocery store shopping trip! My cousin and I felt super luxurious having two large bedrooms and our own bathrooms to ourselves, instead of being cramped in a hotel room. The condo route is SO much better than being at a big resort with a million people and screaming kids! We had the absolute best location of being on the 6th floor, and the jacuzzi was a game changer...we slept SO much better after taking a dip! We could hear the booming clubs until almost 3:00 a.m on some nights (it is spring break)., but I can't imagine how much worse it would be if we were any closer to town. All in all a great host, great location, and great trip! Thanks so much Victoria!

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

This is a great spot literally on the beach at Cerritos. I had a couple of days off from a work trip so I zipped up the coast and got some amazing waves, sun and food. This place is awesome. If you surf this spot is unreal. I woke up every morning, hopped onto the beach and was in the water in a minute. Decent break with a left and a right. Not many places you can do that in the world The apartment itself is clean, well furnished and user friendly. The beach is great for families and kids and has a really chilled, slow, tranquil vibe that I loved. I’m planning on coming back with my family very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at CASA Christine in San Jose del Cabo! This Airbnb was perfect for my husband and me with our two sons, striking an ideal balance between togetherness and personal space. The home’s layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing us to gather comfortably as a group while also providing separate areas for moments of privacy or quiet time. My husband and I come to SJC often, and we will book again! The pool was a highlight—well-maintained and a retreat after a day of exploring. Every function in the home worked flawlessly, from the kitchen appliances to the Wi-Fi, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The cute, vibrant gardens surrounding the property created a serene oasis. The location of CASA Christine is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance to a nearby grocery store, charming local shops, and even the vibrant downtown area of San Jose del Cabo. This made it incredibly convenient to pick up essentials! Highly recommend!

This studio apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The space was clean, quiet and comfortable and the best part was the one minute walk to a beautiful beach. For the first few days, I stayed on the premises and enjoyed the beach, but when I wanted to check out the town, it was a quick and easy cab ride to the local restaurants, bars and shops. I loved staying here and only hope I will be able to do it again one day. Thank you Dinora!

The house was a peaceful Baja oasis. Simple amenities in an idyllic setting. The four bathrooms were such a perk. The two master suites upstairs were very spacious and allowed for privacy. The second floor outdoor dining & third floor roof top decks created a seamless connection with the ocean views. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool among the ocean front property. Best of both worlds. Finally, the garden surrounding the property added so much beauty to the desert surroundings. Barbara was a very attentive host, quick to answer questions and give recommendations.

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

We had a great week at Lara’s place. We were in the process of moving to the area, and she was very helpful with all the questions we had! The room was exactly what we needed. Not luxurious but very clean and had what we needed to cook simple meals. The bed was huge and SO comfortable!!

My stay at Steve's studio, was ample space for 2 people, althought I was there by myself. Totally enjoyed being there, very comfortable and friendly people all around. I would highly recommend and stay again! Pools are great and easy access to the fabulous beach. Most of all I felt safe with the 24 hour security, although not in a dangerous area, but traveling alone it was important.

Hannah was an amazing air bnb host! Beautiful house and property right next to the beach . Amazing privacy and in such a good location!! Hannah helped us with any questions we had such as exploring, excursions, and even inviting us on her own boat . Amazing place would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay at Mikes place. Extremely convenient location, beautiful views of the marina, and so many great food options. Having the pool was an added plus. Just a short walk to the beach. I want to come back! Thank you!

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.

My wife and I had a very nice stay here. The apartment is great, the location is awesome and the access to both beach clubs in the area made our stay so fun. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We rented a car and drove into town (about 10 mins) but also tons to do in the marina. Will def come back!

First time staying at this place with my boyfriend. I had a wonderful stay at Melody’s place! She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire visit, always quick to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly. She made us feel at home and the space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
