MISTRAL VILLA BAJA SARDINIA

The apartment "Mistral" is named for it's location to the North-West where the wind blows the mistral wind. The villa which the apartment is in is located 200 mt. from the sea and 600 mt. from the centre Baja Sardinia (5 min by walk). The road that surrounds the villa is a private road guarded by a 24 hour security. The apartment has also steel grill out of the windows in order to have piece of mind you to leave open your windows any time of the day and night if you like. The apartment has two double size bedroom in main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two single beds connected to become doubleif you wish. There is two bathrooms one is en suite the main bedroom, large living room open Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hot water kettle, cooking stove and oven which you can use if you wish to cook. In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted in a double bed. All rooms have air condition and heating for the winter stays. Outside the apartment there is the laundry room in the garden so you can put your washing any time of the day without the noise disturbing you. We have a patio furnished so you can enjoy dining outside with our beautiful views. There is parking and barbeque to use. Overall it is a home designed and furnished to provide maximum comfort for you, your family and friends.

La casa dista 50mt dal mare dove è una grande spiaggia che si affaccia su un mare limpidissimo e poco profondo ideale per i bambini. E' al margine della Costa Smeralda, a 7km da Porto Cervo. E' arredata con mobili d'epoca e una moderna cucina. Vi sono ampie finestre, una veranda con comode poltrone per un perfetto relax guardando il mare e una terrazza coperta sul retro della casa con tavolino e sedie per la colazione.

Gilda is all in all a great host in every aspect. The apartment is as described. It lies on a hillside, has a great view and is very private. At the time of our stay (sept 2024) it was reachable only by stairs (about 40 steps), which was properly described in the listing. We were told, however, that an elevator will soon be build, which is great. All in all, would we stay there again? Yes, definitely.

Our stay was great! Claudia and Alessandro were helpful and even met us at midnight when we arrived. Claudia made sure we had basic water and coffee to get us started the next day. Very friendly and helpful with a list of local attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend this host!

We had such a great time in this home. It was perfectly located in Porto Cervo was which central to all our sightseeing. The home had best view of the sea. Kids had a great time in the pool and running around the house. Our host was very helpful and communicative all along our stay. I highly recommend this home to everyone.
