Se trata de un estudio céntrico en el tercer piso (sin ascensor) de 30m2, situado a un minuto de la playa y al lado del castillo. El apartamento da a la calle Rio, por lo que NO tiene vistas al mar desde el balcon privado. No obstante, siempre podréis disfrutar de la terraza “chill out” situada en la azotea, a la cual tienen acceso los 6 estudios de habitación doble integrados en el edificio. Debido a las dimensiones, solo podrán alojarse dos personas adultas. Este estudio luminoso dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir una agradable estancia en la playa. El piso se compone de una habitación con una cama doble (135cm), un baño completo y una cocina-comedor de estilo abierto que da acceso a un balcón privado que da a la calle Rio. Así pues, el estudio está decorado con temática playera y marinera, situando así a los huéspedes en un ambiente vacacional. Tiene aire acondicionado. Atendiendo a la normativa legal vigente, este apartamento será considerado “vivienda turística” para las estancias iguales o inferiores a 10 días. Por otro lado, cuando la estancia sea mayor a 10 días, la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos, se considerará un “alquiler de temporada”. Para el cumplimiento de la normativa, en este caso se firmará un contrato de arrendamiento entre ambas partes.

"Nice apartment" Ideal if you're traveling by train/AVE or bus!

The TRAIN/AVE/BUS station is very close. If you use this transport, it will be very convenient to travel with your luggage upon arrival and departure. If you come by car you can park for free 24 hours in the Augusta-Norauto shopping center, 15 minutes walk (there are other options). You will be 1/2 hour from downtown on foot, by bus or by train 12'. Opposite Castillo Palomar Park and close to the Ebro Riverbank Linear Park. The apartment, like the furniture, was renovated in 2018.
