This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

There's also a simple walking trail that goes to an over view of the Comite River. It takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk and can be challenging for small children but will be enjoyable for out door lovers.

The townhome was very clean which made us feel comfortable throughout our weekend stay. I am BIG on cleanliness and Adam’s place met my expectations. The bed was comfortable and the house had all we needed for our stay. I would stay at the Condeaux again if I visited the area. It is easy to get to the campus, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants from this location. Adam was quick to respond, welcoming, and helpful before and during our stay. I highly recommend the Condeaux to others. Book it for your next stay in Baton Rouge and you will not be disappointed!

This is my absolute favorite rental I’ve ever stayed at. It is exceptionally luxurious with high-end bedding and furnishings, while also being child friendly. My 2 1/2 year old grandson played outside in the fenced-in backyard while we relaxed in the screened-in back porch. The extra touches really put this rental above any others—personal welcome note, snacks, tote bag, water bottles, etc. The bathrooms had every item you could need, even baby shampoo. I truly felt I was staying at a friend’s home. I can’t think of one single thing that could be improved on. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

Lots of bedrooms and space. We had two families stay. Quiet neighborhood but minutes from the city for food or even Starbucks down the road. We stayed for an LSU graduation and wasn’t but a 25-30 min drive from LSU.

Thank you so much for your hospitality in flexibility. My step dad being from Baton Rouge stated when he walked in it felt like home and was very spacious. Angelique was a great host and responded to all our requests and questions. We all had our own room and bed and that was perfect. I’m a coffee drinker so I appreciate that and the snacks and drinks for the kids. Whenever we visit Baton Rouge we have our recommended Airbnb spot. Thank you again.
