Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bakewell

Lovely apartment and within walking distance to two local pubs, village was very peaceful and locals were very quiet. Perfect location for us with going to bakewell for an event. Apartment was cosy, comfy and everything we needed. Loved the large bath too! Lovely cafe below the apartment too which we enjoyed a great breakfast in before departing.

Jazzy was very quick a responding to messages. Always replied in a friendly manner. Her home is lovely and had helpful information inside. Great location. If we are ever in the area again, I'll be hopefully staying here if available.

What an adorable cottage right in the heart of Castleton! An excellent hiking trail right from the door - Mam Tor/Cavedale loop. The cottage was charming and had all the right amenities. The bakery across the street was fantastic! Cafe right next door for coffee/tea! The scenery was breathtaking and the drive up Winnats Pass was memorable! A definite A+ place! Marianne was responsive and very friendly!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect—quiet and convenient, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Michael is an excellent host. His penthouse apartment is clean, well-located in Sheffield, and quiet. I enjoyed a great few nights of rest & relaxation, which was much appreciated! 1 Dalebrook View is a thoughtfully furnished and very spacious apartment which immediately feels like home. Very comfortable beds and well designed living spaces with everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Kate could not be more helpful and gives clear details and instructions for everything you need during your stay. Good dog walks can be taken from the front door and there is a small enclosed green area 2 minutes walk away called The Grove next to the Fish and Chip shop. It is an ideal place to briefly take a dog to at the beginning and each end of the day. We visited The Moon Inn in Stoney Middleton and nearby Calver Arms plus local cafes. All offering good food and drink options, although we found the Eyam cafés to be very expensive, busy, slow on service or closed. Our booking for three nights from Sunday meant we missed out on a few things not being open including the local Toll Bar fish and chips open Wednesday to Saturday. We will just have to return another time!

We were visiting Buxton for 2 shows at the Opera House & the apartment is perfectly placed for this, being just a few minutes walk away, also the Pavilion Gardens and loads of places to eat & drink. Apartment is beautifully furnished and very well-equipped with pretty, sunny little cottage-style garden to front. The main bedroom is lovely, really comfortable bed. Our friend stayed in the basement bedroom and did comment that it was cold BUT he was very warm and comfortable once in bed. Wish we had stayed longer, if only to take advantage of the huge selection of dvds and books 😊. Thankyou, Heather, Kim and Lorna for a really great (too short) stay.

Our third trip to Bridgefoot cottage and hopefully not our last. The area is beautiful and a perfect base to explore the peaks. Would highly recommend Will’s place, the cottage and grounds are stunning and incredibly peaceful.

Carole’s place was just like the photos. It’s close to local amenities and in a great location for exploring the Peak District. Carole was a really communicative host and I would 100% stay again- thank you!

Cosy home. Fabulously deep bath. Compact fenced in safe garden for our spaniel. Small double bed but comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

What a gorgeous cottage with everything you need. We were looking for a quiet location for walking in the area and this certainly matched that. Sitting on the patio looking at the garden was a joy. Very friendly hosts who were there if we needed them. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely family holiday at this lovely house, had everything we needed and more, the surroundings are beautiful, perfect for our dog and is a great central location for the rest of the peak district.

Had a lovely few days at Dove Cottage. Great cottage in a quaint village with a wonderful selection of pubs. Beautiful setting, so close to the stunning views and walks at Monsal Head. Annie and Sam were responsive and proactive hosts. Checking in and offering advice when I asked. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back and the cake was a very welcome bonus.

I booked this stay for my mum and partner who were over the moon with their time spent here. They came back and told me they thought it was such a beautiful accommodation, with stunning surroundings. Perfect for find a little respite, peace and quiet. They were delighted with how much was provided at the accommodation, Sarah had thought of everything. Great weekend just what we need to suit our requirements of ground floor and walk in shower.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better in person. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, attentive to our needs, and always polite and professional in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly and helpfully, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our experience. Allison and Team are just wonderful. We had a slight issue with the bathroom prior to check-in but Khateeb responded excellently resolving the issue with pace and transparency. Great location, lovely flat

Warren was an absolutely incredible host, excellent communication throughout the entire process and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for both parking and local food locations. The place is beautiful, looks just like the photos, one of the beds is slightly smaller than expected but definitely suitable for a smaller person. We stayed as a group for one night and found it easy to access and utilise all the facilities. The space was clean and felt safe. Warren was flexible to us checking in later and was responsive throughout. Overall, I would massively recommend! We loved our stay!

Quite area. Right near supermarket and Costa. Beautiful walk around the local lake. Not far from peak District, within a 40 min drive. Nottingham half hour drive. Plenty of local pubs and fish and chips shop. Beautiful flat. Clean and tidy. Added bonus, washing machine. So took everything home clean. Lovely little garden with hanging space for washing. Plenty of cups plates etc. Just brilliant.

We had a fantastic stay at Litton Mill – the apartment was beautifully appointed and had everything (and more) that we needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The location is perfect – right beside the Monsal Trail and central to so many beautiful walks and villages. We especially recommend the walk to Monsal Head along the trail, then up the hill by the tunnel to a café with delicious treats and a cosy pub. A truly memorable stay – we’d happily return.
