Luxury Peak District Home - 2 miles from Ashbourne

CeliaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful cottage set in wonderful grounds with a playhouse for the little ones. The pool was great too. Such a great place to stay, and under 10 minutes from Ashbourne. Around 30 mins to kid friendly hiking/walking in the Dales. Highly recommend.

Spacious Scandinavian style hideaway with log fire

RobRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The house was everything we hoped it would be. The location was perfect to explore the area, both on bike and walking. Peter was an amazing host and was quick to answer any questions we had, both before we got there and during our stay. We would highly recommend this place.

Whitewells Pod

EvieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
As soon as we arrived, we knew this stay was going to be everything we hoped for. Sharon was the most accommodating host I have ever come across. Not only was she extremely welcoming and kind, but she also wrote my father a birthday card as I had mentioned we booked the pod for his birthday. I cannot recommend this spot enough :)

Milne’s corner yurt at Peake’s Retreats

KirstyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Sarah was a fantastic host, really responsive on text with any questions we had and although it is self service check in, Sarah was on site when we arrived and gave us the tour of the site showing all the facilities and the route to our Yurt. The location was very peaceful, surrounded by hedges and trees, green and beautiful. You can hear all kinds of birds and wildlife and it’s a very comfortable place to be. The bathroom and shower facilities were spotless, beautiful done to high standard and well presented. The site has a lovely kitchen area as well as a beautifully designed BBQ Hut which we didn’t use as only stayed a night but would be perfect if a family stayed on site for a few days to use. The Yurt (Milne Corner was our one) itself was clean, really comfortable and very elegantly decorated, has all you would need, Hot tub was warming up when we arrived and was a lovely addition to our stay. I would recommend to anyone to stay here and can’t wait to go back!! X

Idyllic cottage retreat

NatalieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Steppes Cottage. The little village is lovely, with a field of sheep right outside the kitchen window and a nice area to relax in outside. We enjoyed a cosy meal just around the corner at the Black Lion. We also had a lovely Sunday roast locally at The Jervis Arms. Jasmin responded really quickly to our enquiries before booking and the parking was sufficient for our medium sized van. The cottage itself is a beautiful space and the location was great for walking. The little touches such as freshly made bread and butter made all the difference to our stay and we would definitely come back. 🙂
