Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. I would definitely come back. Dilek was so kind to us. The place feels like home in Istanbul. It was the perfect location for us.

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean apartment and totally matched the photos shown. Very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Rojhat was very kind and welcomed us even though we arrived very late at night. Everything was great. We'll be back

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

Caner is such a friendly and attentive host. He is really patient and answered all my questions. There is a money exchange very close so you can change dollars or euros money gram. Also there are plenty of restaurants around the corner. Definitely recommend Caner place.

My stay at this apartment in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful in every way! The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with modern, stylish decor. Its location is excellent — very close to Taksim Square and right in the heart of the city. The street is mostly flat with a slight uphill walk, but it was easy and not a problem at all. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Nihal and her family, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her communication felt more like family than just a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Turkey, I will definitely book with her again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and a warm, friendly host.

We had a great last minute stay at Ece's place for a flight the next day. Check in is a process but staff was very nice.

Mr. Fatih was extremely helpful in transportation and accommodation. My entry to the apartment was very comfortable and smooth. The house was clean and had a wonderful view as seen in the pictures. Thank you for your hospitality. It will be one of my first choices for my future stays.

A very enjoyable stay! The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels and linen were impeccably clean. We felt safe thanks to the front desk guard, present 24/7. Parking is spacious and easily accessible. The apartment is clean, well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place, host, everything. Honestly, the place itself is beautiful and looks much better in person than it does in pictures. Each room has a terrace which is amazing. The apartment itself has everything you need and if not, feel free to ask downstairs at the front desk as those guys are super helpful. There’s a nice coffee shop right next to the apartment called Sable, strongly recommend. And the mall has a great supermarket with lots of options. All in all, great place and we’ll come back. Highly recommended.

It was clean and very beautiful.

I am very happy with the stay - before that I stayed at one of the other Baymare apartments and it was also perfect. It was perfectly clean, well maintained, with easy parking in front and they made us feel right at home, always checking if we need something. Gave us the option to check in early as my wife had plastic surgery and we came straight from the hospital - the place was awesome to relax and enjoy the nice time by the pool. Would come again when visiting Istanbul again!

2 bedroom apartment (one bedroom upstairs in a loft style), renovated and in a great location — not far from the main attractions and surrounded by local shops, businesses and a mosque down the road. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, responding quickly and proactively! Excellent stay.

We picked BayMari because of its closeness to Memorial Hospital. We enjoyed it because of the staff and the thoughful design We have been living in hotels and extended stays for 7 months as we travel the world, and BayMari met all our needs and was a pleasant place to land for 3 weeks. But what we enjoyed the most was your staff. Everyone was great and Zain and Chihab were especially awesome and really made us feel we were in a home not just a hotel. ❤️ The room was pleasant and generally quiet. Water pressure in the building was great with lots of hot water and the shower drained well (something that can be an issue in many stays I have had). Thanks for a great stay BayMari!

I normally don't leave reviews online but oh man do these guys deserve an excellent review. everything was spot on and exactly the way described, I even asked for extra items that weren't in the description and they provided them free of charge. absolutely amazing, I would definitely consider booking here again if i was to go to Bakırköy again.
