Truly a A+ location – close to upscale hotels with restaurants and (rooftop) bars. Just a 5-minute walk to Galataport, where you can enjoy great food and shopping. Taxis are easily available within minutes. At the end of the street where the hotel is located (about a 15–25 minute walk), you’ll find the Galata Bridge, which connects the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. Galata Tower and Taksim Square are also nearby. Honestly, a perfect spot!

Check in was easy. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for the stay. Plus, the location is great, relatively central and surrounded by hotspots. The landlord is very accommodating just as it should be. Overall an absolute recommendation. When you book the apartment here, you don't go wrong.

As mentioned, the stairs were a bit tiring. But I can't say it was too much. Other than that, the accommodation was very good. It has two wonderful views, one in the morning and one in the evening. It was a house with many places to go for fun in the evenings and a perfect location for a walk by the sea. The host was quick to respond to our questions and helpful. If I were to stay in Istanbul again, it would be my first choice. I would definitely recommend it

My stay at Harun’s place was fantastic. His place is located at a very beautiful location with great views from the flat. The stay was very comfortable and conveniently located to all major attractions in Istanbul. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Istanbul to stay here. This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Really accessible place, 5 mins walk from the bus/tram station. Everything was excellent. The only thing that I did not like was the mattress which was too soft too my liking, everything was else was on point

Fits description and pictures. Host was very welcoming, and communication wasn’t an issue once. The flat was pretty clean, and honestly no issues at all.

Great place to stay, great location, heated floors. It's a little noisy from the light metro, but you get used to it quickly. Please note that the double bed is more than one and a half by Russian standards.

Ruiz’s House is in a great location close to lots of restaurants and the train station. The apartment is new and clean, with great appliances and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very accommodating. Thank you so much, we will definitely stay again!
