The location of the apartment is excellent, there is a store and a beautiful park nearby. At night, there is a very beautiful view of the sea from the window:) For an undemanding tenant, this place is a great option) It is worth noting that the internet is quite weak and does not reach the bedroom and kitchen, I could not watch the series. I would also replace the blankets with more modern ones. But my husband and I were still happy and we highly recommend this place ;)

These are probably the best apartments in Baku! Better than photos. Huge rooms and kitchen. Gorgeous sea view. Nearby everything you need. One minute walk to the Supermarket 24/7, shopping center, cafes and restaurants, lovely promenade for walking. Apartment is fitted with all the necessary utilities. The old town is a 10-minute drive away. Magomed instantly answered all questions. Great host! Thank you so much. Everything was great.

I loved the place, everything was as described. The host is very friendly, and helpful, not that we had any issues, whatever questions I had it was professionally, friendly and promptly answered. We came there just before the season opened, so it was very quite, exacly what I was looking for. Grossery, pharmacy is close by, lots of restaurants around, delivery also available from close by places. Highly recommended !!!

Great apartment, fantastic location. Great view of the Caspian Sea, easy to get around and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby (and a supermarket). Communication was easy and we received a good introduction and explanation of the apartment. I hope to stay again sometime soon.

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Great place to stay! Svetlana and her husband are wonderful hosts and such pleasant people ! The house is very clean, walking distance to the sea and beach . Definitely come back and highly recommend to all who seek quiet , cozy place!

Naib is a great host. He is very cordial and helpful. He helped us navigate the city, find good food. He sometimes even cooked for us. I would really recommend others to stay there.

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

Every thing it was very good! The house matched the photo and description, everything was in place and even more. The owner himself helped as much as he could and was always happy to answer any questions. We will definitely come back!

Really happy with our stay at Shahin place. Great contact with the host. The apartment looks even better in real life than in the pictures. High ceilings make the space really spacious. Location just several minutes away from the Baku port with a lot of restaurants, shopping center and promenade. Looking forward to stay here again when coming back to Baku.

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.
