Ms. Nigar thinks about everything you might need and offers them in her home. Second time staying at her place. The location was very good. The house was very clean. The garden overlooks the balcony is peaceful. The house is spacious and very nice.

**Great Stay in a Sunny, Central Apartment!** Loved this bright 4th-floor apartment with a balcony and beautiful wooden floors. The sun-filled living room was perfect for relaxing, and the bedroom had cozy borrowed light. The upstairs bathroom was clean and convenient. The location was fantastic—everything was walkable! It did get a bit noisy with the traffic at night, but ear plugs solved the issue easily. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect, great communication with host, clear instructions . One small feedback would be to have a dark curtain in the bedroom to block the light during day time. Rest all good, thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb! The place was actually much bigger than I expected, everything was functioning, very well equipped with linens, toiletries and cooking pots and pans. The location was actually great, so close to restaurants and shops, the boulevard and the old city, we could walk everywhere. However, at night, it was one of the loudest neighborhoods we’ve stayed in. We felt very comfortable there and felt like it was a private place even thought it’s in an apartment building. We liked it! And would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Baku and want to be able to do everything this awesome city has to offer. Also the host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a really great guest-host experience.

Mr. Elchin was very interested. He answered all our questions before our trip. During the trip, her mother helped her so much that we would like to thank her from here. He was incredibly hospitable. The location of the house is incredibly central. You can go out and walk at any time. During our 4-day trip, we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment is in the city center, so I could walk everywhere I needed to go. There are also markets, shops, a mall, the metro—everything is nearby. The host is very helpful. She explains everything in detail and is always ready to help if you need anything. I feel very lucky to have found this place. The apartment is so bright and full of greenery. I felt very comfortable there.

“Don’t judge a book by its cover” Is the exact words I would use to describe this place. Nestled about 15 min drive away from old Baku is this lovely apartment. The place was clean, tidy and cute. There are some lovely restaurants and shops just 5 min away and also the guy downstairs makes some amazing kebabs. Jamila was herself amazing. She is a very proactive and helpful host. She arranged us a taxi from the airport and also to Sheki where our next stay was. She made things so smooth for us. If you do come to Baku this place should definitely be in the list of recommendations to stay

The house is clean and spacious. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Restaurants, shops and metro is in walking distance. Rauf also checked on us from time to time if we need anything. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Baku.

Great apartment in a wonderful location! The Bolt rides from and to the airport are about 8 to 10 manat. The place is clean and well lit, with nice views from the windows. The host is friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the memorable and comfortable stay 🙏😊

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Mr. Mustafa was very helpful, he provided quick returns. A good host. The house is in a nice place, easy to park a car. The balcony view is magnificent. If we come again, we will definitely prefer this place.

I stayed in this apartment for 18 days. The apartment was clean and has everything for staying. Location is great, close to everything - old city, Fountain Square, museums, restaurants, etc. The host is a responsive young man, responded to any request quickly. I recommend this apartment for long or short stay.

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.

We stayed four nights at Mr. Aziz's apartment. It’s a huge apartment with 3 double beds and 2 single beds, including a sofa bed in the sitting lounge, which is a huge space. He was so responsive to any question on messages and felt at home. They have security guards outside who are very friendly. We enjoyed staying at this place and visited so many places around Baku. 100% recommended.
