Great place, been before to another apartment and hotel rooms, best in Bakuriani, great location The host has some things to improve and they noted them all, hopefully

Clean, nice apartment in Crystal resort. I have been in several apartments in Crystal complex, but this was the best apartment, where I stayed. Apartment has big balcony with nice view. Yes, you should take with you your own towels (or take from reception for fee) and hygiene stuff like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, but such situation is in all Crystal apartments. We will definitely next time come also to this apartment.

Everyone was great in the new year, spent 2 nights there is a swimming pool 10 lari hour per person. Nearby there are two resorts with crystal and Didveli ski lifts, there is food delivery to rooms from the restaurant at the hotel, a balcony overlooking the mountains, everything corresponds to the description

We are coming to Bakuriani part and this is one of the best and convenient apartments in these complexes. Thanks to the host Anastasia. She was always in touch and helped with all questions. So thank you so much for the early check in and late check out. We will definitely come back to this apartment again. The apartment itself was clean and warm. Spacious and lots of pillows) the convenience of the apartment is also that it is located in the Rooms hotel. Which allows you to calmly go down to a restaurant or lobby bar, as well as walk with a child on the playground. Thank you for everything!

Nice place, there was everything that we needed in the apartment. Great host, super friendly.

The house is absolutely the same as the pictures, is very clean and absolutely cozy and super equipped! We even got a bottle of homemade wine. Here you can really relax and unwind. We would come back anytime and Aleksandra is very nice and accommodating! Thank you :)

I stayed here with my mom, and we both loved it! The apartment is the perfect place for skiing and relaxing. It was spotlessly clean, very quiet, and had an amazing view of the forest from the window – so many trees and such fresh, clean air! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of shampoos and other essentials. What I loved the most was the location – it’s so convenient, just steps away from the ski lifts! We were really happy with our stay – the perfect balance of price and quality. Highly recommend!

Very warm room, not far from the apartments. I wanted to have a couple of bags of tea and sugar upon arrival.

Me and my family (4 people) stayed in apartment for 7 days. In general the experience was great: good location near the crystal track, restaurants, grocery and spa. You can catch a bus in around 100m from apartment. Internet and TV work well. It is clean, quite and warm inside. No smoke smell. Enough towels. Host is very responsive and helpful. There are several tiny things which can be improved. I was missing dishwashing liquid, sponge, salt, pepper and oil for cooking. The pan needs to be renewed. I think that host can easily fix those for next people. In conclusion I would recommend this aparment for a good family stay in Bakuriani.

Location is just fantastic. Beautiful view of Greenery from the balcony and lots of lovely walks in the area. Apartment was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Plenty of parking available. Great value for money - would definitely recommend! Thank you Mariam

We had a good stay at this apartment and enjoyed the spa in Bakuriani Inn which is just a few metres across from the apartment. Fast wifi and good heaters, free parking available in front of the door, too! The host was very friendly, answered our last-minute request quickly and even let us check in early :) What I think could be improved is adding basic equipment in the apartment, such as toilet paper, shower gel, salt, cooking oil, as well as trashbags and a sponge to wash dishes, as it‘s not really feasible to buy all of this for people staying only for a few nights.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Revaz’s Airbnb. The place was well-maintained and matched the description perfectly. Communication with the host was smooth, and he was responsive to any questions I had. Overall, a great place with a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommended!

It was a great place for staying, location is perfect, everything is nearby . Apartment is very nice with all the equipments you need to have for staying there. Highly recommended.

we had a lovely stay!

A fantastic few days, very comfortable apartment, easy to access the slopes and ski lift at Crystal Resort. Supermarket opposite and Bar Aspen 2 min walk. Would definitely stay again

I think this apartment is the best choice for people who came for a short-time and for vacation.
 It quite close to the ski (Crystal and Didveli). Nearly easy to find cafes and shops. 
Also Glovo works here what is actually good. The building has good reception and spa service.
The host is kind and nice. 

But for me personally i have so things which I’d like to highlight.
The 1st one is terrible wifi. If you want to work - it’s absolutely imposible. 
We spent here 1 month and every day we have troubles with terrible Internet. We bought mobile internet once came to Bakuriani - and it was the only way to participate in the calls, or watch some movies.
 Also view from the windows - to the construction. During the night they use spotlights and they shine through the windows. For me it’s ok - but for some people maybe not.
 Apartment doesn’t have washer and washer services is really expensive. For 2 people it was more than 100Gel. What is twice more than in 4 stars hotel in Tbilis.
 Price for breakfast in hotel restaurant is super big as well. 40Gel for person for breakfast. In any restaurant you could have dinner for 2 persons for 40Gel.
 Just a quick note that the things I didn’t like mostly related with the building not an apartment. Anyway it’s a good place for vacation:)

Everything was as pictured and the apartment was clean and nice. Like many other rooms and hotels, there is not so good soundproofing between rooms/out to hallway/windows. The room is right by the hotel entrance, where people can stand outside and smoke and chat. I stayed in the apartment while a youth festival was also held with lots of young people and going on at the hotel. Under normal circumstances, I don't think we would have been affected by noise. The hotel is walking distance (also in ski boots) to Crystal Ski Arena while having to take a taxi or bus (stopping right outside the hotel) to get to Didveli. But all in all a nice apartment in a nice location for the price. Host was always available to get in touch. Thank you
