Holiday rentals with beach access in Balaruc-les-Bains

Monique's apartment is ideally located in the center of Bouzigues, 5 minutes from the port where there are many restaurants and free parking. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, you feel good there. Thanks to Monique's wise advice, we had a great stay in this beautiful region of the Etang de Thau. The apartment has a fantastic view out over the sea, and it’s just a 10-15 minute walk into the vibrant town centre. The place is simply furnished and clean, but the bathroom and especially the toilet is tiny and not easy for large or tall people. Parking was a problem, especially as it was the Whit weekend holiday, and in the end I was lucky to get a place up the hill by the Paul Valery museum. But otherwise, I don’t know where I could have left the car. Unfortunately, on the first night we had a lot of noise from some kind of night event party nearby and the music was loud until 2am. It’s noisy all the time because of bikes and cars accelerating up the hill by the apartment, but on the second night we did sleep well. The beds are really comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms works well. We contacted the owner about our difficulty in connecting to the WiFi and he replied straight away. In the end, it was our fault - we hadn’t read the instructions properly. Sorry!

Oh God, words are not enough to explain our experience with this Airbnb and in Sète. The place is perfect, there are many things to do and discover so close to Airbnb: beaches, restaurants, activities. Plus, the Airbnb is very nice, adorable, and comfortable. The decor is pretty, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the table on the balcony is my favorite place starting in the morning and ending in the evening. The hostess is so nice and she responds super quickly with useful messages and friendly phrases. This Airbnb is really a must for your vacation in Sète! When we come back to Sète, we'll stay here again.

It was especially practical that they live very close by - when we had a small problem, they were with us in just 10 minutes and helped immediately. Her daughter Lisa was also super nice and likeable - the contact with the whole family was very pleasant. The accommodation itself was completely newly renovated, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail – we felt comfortable immediately. We give a smooth 5 and thank you very much for the beautiful time!

Excellent stay for 8 (two families of 4 with children aged 5 and 8). Excellent location, in the center but easy access and parking for 2 cars and then plenty of things within walking distance. The apartment is very beautiful, decorated with great taste but also very functional! We weren't on top of each other and that's greatly appreciated! We would highly recommend it! 🥰

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, plus it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (The air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to guide and help them as best as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

Nice little studio apartment, discreetly situated at the rear of the host's house and opening onto an amazingly large (compared with the street frontage) and peaceful garden. Very, very accommodating and helpful hosts. Interesting old village with narrow streets and many restaurants serving good local seafood. Free on-street parking: we got a space on the same street.

Great stay at Roland's house. The house is very nice, in the heart of Pointe Courte. It is pretty, well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the view is superb. Very quiet too.

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

We spent one night, the location is ideal, you can do everything on foot. We easily found a parking space. The instructions were perfectly clear and we were able to enjoy the accommodation before the check-in time, which suited us.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture … We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!
