The house, which operates as a four-star private accommodation (MA 20013389), consists of 2 separate, air-conditioned, panoramic, well-equipped apartments and a terrace. Free parking is provided for two or three cars. Sunshine Apartment1 and Sunshine Apartment2 can be booked separately. According to Hungarian law, ALL GUESTS MUST PROVE THEIR IDENTITY UPON ARRIVAL.

The Champagne Apartment is a quiet, close to nature and discreet home, from where you can reach the center of Balatonfüred and the shores of Lake Balaton in a few minutes. Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.

Ez maga a Hungarian Tuscany szőlőültetvények között csodálatos panorámával, vadregényes kerttel & kabócák énekével. Igény esetén kétkilátó körtúra ajándék kapható. A parttól 8-10 percre és a boltoktól 5 percre található gyalog. A birtokon 2 cicus él, így kisállat nem hozható.

Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Villa Negra - Guesthouse in Kőkövön

If you want a really special adventure, then you should try this completely self-contained Mini house, hidden under the trees on the shore of the small lake, equipped with all comforts. Our guest house is located in the old town of Balatonfüred, about 30 minutes' walk from Lake Balaton. The mini house is located in the guest house's garden, away from the main building. It can be reached by a small winding road through a beautiful park field.
