The national blue hiking trail passes this 2.5-hectare land and you can reach in less than 5kms the Roman waterfall walking by the Gaja stream. The Champagne Apartment is a quiet, close to nature and discreet home, from where you can reach the center of Balatonfüred and the shores of Lake Balaton in a few minutes. Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.

The largest room can be extended with a sofa bed or a cot, and the well-kept courtyard is perfect for children to play in the sandpit or swing in the swings.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
