If you want peace of mind and love to wake up to birds chirping, you are welcome in Balatonalmád. On the ground floor of our family house, you will find an apartment with a separate entrance, its own small garden and covered terrace: 1 room, spacious kitchen with dining room, bathroom, toilet, hallway. The apartment is ideal for couples by car. For those arriving on foot or by bike, it's NOT the best choice because of the distance from the center. The price includes the tourist tax of 500/person/night and a Balaton Best Card with discounts.

Nearby is the train station, baw station. Our free beach was renovated in 2019, about 5-6 minutes on foot, with waterfall blocks, a playground, a volleyball court. Parton solar screen protects the blading trivia. The abc is 400m and the bike path is about 30m from the house. You can also rent 5 bikes! There is a observation deck on 1.5 km of Löszfal, from which Lake Balaton is beautiful and we can provide to Tihany. There are plenty of great restaurants next to the beach and in the village, 600-800 m away. I wait for everyone with love.

Stylish house with 5 bedrooms, thought through by an interior designer, at Lake Balaton. The guest house is suitable for relaxation in all seasons, with heated outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. It is the perfect place for groups of friends and family gatherings. All rooms have a large double bed, TV and private bathroom. The largest room can be extended with a sofa bed or a cot, and the well-kept courtyard is perfect for children to play in the sandpit or swing in the swings.

In this little cottage near Lake Balaton, you can relax, cycle, swim in the lake, explore Budapest (an hour's drive or 90 minutes by train) or just explore the surroundings. In 10 minutes' walk you can reach one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Hungary: the high beach. The large Balaton bike path also passes by here. Coffees and restaurants are always nearby... Hen and stag parties and loud parties are not allowed in the apartment.

Great experience for our family in Balatonalmádi! Gabor was very communicative and sent clear instructions ahead of our arrival and also let us know the place was available earlier. We were traveling with a baby and when I asked about availability of a travel crib, he bought one for our family! He was also super responsive when we asked for an extra hour for check out so our kids could spend some more time on the beach. The apartment is walking distance to the railway station and across the street from the Almadi beach. We didn’t have a car and was super easy to get around. The apartment was clean when we arrived, just as described with 3 bedrooms, roomy enough for a large family with 3 kids. And while it’s on the main road through the town with a lot of traffic, it was surprisingly quiet inside the apartment. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a week in the house with a 1 year old. The house was spacious, clean and tidy. The fridge is quite small, that's a good idea. The garden belonging to the house was very good. There was a swing bed, an outside table. It was possible to have a barbecue. It was a nice time to spend. Not far from the house was a shop, an ice cream shop, a grocery store, a playground not far away. It took about 20-25 minutes to walk to the beach, but there was also free parking if we went by car. Albert was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's Villa on Lake Balaton! The villa was not only beautifully furnished but also spotlessly clean. The location was perfect – within walking distance of the lake and in a quiet, idyllic area. Adam was an excellent host, always available and very helpful. The furnishings of the villa left nothing to be desired, from the well-equipped kitchen to the terrace and garden with barbecue. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would recommend the villa to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time at Lake Balaton. Thank you, Adam, for this great stay!

We were also able to easily access the accommodation tax on the day of receipt of the accommodation, both by text and call. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly atmosphere where we were informed about local specialties (things to do). Which made my heart feel good, because so far, I've only been informed in the form of leaflets. The accommodation itself was perfect, we could comfortably fit like a group of 5 people - and we could even play cards on the table. There is/was enough space in every area to have no complaints! I can only bring up positive things about both the accommodation and the accommodation tax! Finally, a huge plus is that the price of the accommodation is very budget-friendly compared to Lake Balaton! Or the village itself (I'm thinking about the beaches here). Overall, if you want a nice, tidy, clean place to stay, I can recommend it with all my heart! I had such a positive/satisfied experience a long time ago! :))
