The accommodation corresponded to the description of the offer. Great for families - quiet location, beautiful lake view. Good orientation of the apartment to the sun, the garden in front of the house secured in such a way that children do not get alone to the lake. On the beach two restaurants - buffets. Great communication with the host.

If there are no restrictions on the number of adults, the apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4-5 adults and one child. The beautiful Lake Balaton is just a 2-3 minute walk from the building, where you can rent small boats or yachts, swim, or visit the children's playground, equipped with swings, slides, seesaws, and more. If you are seeking a peaceful environment, this is the perfect location, as it offers a serene retreat away from the bustle of Budapest. However, the M7 motorway provides a quick connection to Budapest,with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes by car

Very nice apartment. Looks exactly like in the photos and you could park right at your doorstep. Access to the lake is within walking distance. By bike you can perfectly explore the surroundings and the nearest villages. The bikes should be inflated a little more and a pedal repaired but otherwise great that there is a possibility. If you have any questions, we received a response within a few minutes.

had a nice stay. friendly owners and good communication. everything was very neat and good privacy. Air conditioning good and quiet. in the village there is not much to see, quiet beach a few minutes away and supermarket 1 minute away. balaton fured 15 minutes by car and there is everything to do. we would recommend this accommodation to family and friends.

Totally nice contact person. Great accommodation and location, everything nearby, whether water, supermarkets, gastronomy or events. Simply a great vacation, superbly done. We will definitely be back!

A lovely house in a quiet location. Immaculate grounds and direct lake access.

We can only say here that the place is absolutely amazing. Located directly on Lake Balaton, now nice and quiet in April and the house or the equipment is very good. A dream if you can sit in the hot tub or on the sofa in not so warm weather and look out on the Lake Balaton through the large panoramic windows. All in all, this was a fantastic stay for us Hungarian fans here in April.

Csaba was very flexible, helpful, and communicative. Although we didn't meet in person, she called to say how we felt. The place is impeccable, very nice, clean, tidy. We had a great 1 day here. Thank you again from here, Csaba! The only difficulty we had was that we couldn't order food, they didn't deliver the food to us, so it's a good idea to call the hospitality places for this if someone is planning to do this in advance. (We only stayed here for one night, because of a friendly event, and we didn't want to cook/grill together because of the weather. I might choose this in hindsight.) Of course, this isn't the fault of the accommodation or the landlord, it's more like a plus info so no one else gets into this kind of thing.

Great Lake Balaton accommodation with a nice view and private beach. The yard was pleasantly shaded, and you could sunbathe on the dock and on the beach. The place is well-equipped and they were able to provide us with a crib and a high chair.

This was our third time at this beautiful house and we had a fantastic stay as always. Our highlights were: the garden and private lake access for us, the fenced garden for our dog and the high-speed WiFi for my teenage kids.

Visited with our two young children and grandparents from both sides. House was ideal, felt spacious and had a large garden, so the kids had plenty of space to tear around when they weren't in the water. Weather was quite changeable during our stay, so we really got to experience the full spectrum of the Balaton coast from the comfort of the villa. Felt very safe for the kids, even though the youngest is only 3 and doesn't swim yet. Neighbourhood was quiet, collected food from a nice restaurant a couple of times and it was a 15 min walk to the local shops and beach area. Noticed most of the visitors in the area had bikes, which would have been ideal as it's very flat and not many cars around. Tried some fishing from the garden, but water was a bit too shallow unless you waded out 200m or so to one of the fishing platforms. You pay a premium for being right on the coast but if you are only visiting for a week it's worth it, especially with young children.

This place definitely worth it. The view is amazing, we loved watching the sunset from the jacuzzi. It’s exactly like the picture, it has everything you need inside and around in the neighborhood. It was a great weekend.

The place was exactly as on the pictures: big teracce with beautiful view of Balaton. We were communicating with manager Gábor, and he was extremely nice, AC wasn't cooling down the first night so he contacted someone and next day it was fixed already. TV/Netflix wasn't working but it wasn't a major issue for us. The rest was good. We will definitely come back there!

We stayed at this apartment for 5 days and it was well worth it. We enjoyed everything, from the cleanness of the place to the complementary small "gifts". Piroska was very friendly and responsive and we didn't have any problems!

From our flat #64 on 4rh floor , we had a sunset view and view of the lake. Large balcony, access from both rooms to the balcony. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Big bathrooms. A/C in all rooms. Very comfortable. Easy communication with all parties. This was our 2nd time. Would come back.

My wife and I wanted a peaceful retreat near lake Balaton and we couldn’t have been more pleased with Timea’s apartment! Everything was super clean, modern, and welcoming!

Everything would be great if it wasn't for the dirt in the kettle that even a person was afraid to boil after what was in it, dirty dishes. Beautiful lake view from the balcony, close to restaurants and boardwalk.

For the second time we spent our summer vacation in this beautiful little accommodation of Zsofia (2 adults, 1 infant). We were very satisfied again this time. We particularly appreciate the direct location on the shore and the private access to the water. For children there is a large sandbox, swing and a climbing frame with slide. There are also many shaded places and a jetty for sunbathing. Our personal highlight is the fantastically beautiful sunset behind the Bakony Mountains. In addition, we were able to watch many shooting stars this year. The apartment with balcony is modernly decorated and has Wi-Fi. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Zsofia is really a very friendly and extremely helpful host. The other residents of the complex are also friendly and open to a nice conversation at all times. We can therefore highly recommend Zsofia and her apartment.
