The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

This is the right side of the twin house (70 m2) with 2 bedrooms for 4 people, with an American kitchen living room. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an extra toilet. Recommended for those who love the calm, quiet environment, the proximity of nature.
