Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Vintage Cottage

As you pass from the outside deck into the Cottage's living room you will pass from the 21st century, back in time to a more leisurely mid-20th century Cottage. This newly renovated cottage has a kitchen that is built up around original cabinetry; but, has new appliances tastefully incorporated. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms with their antique style beds; but , with 12" memory foam mattresses. The bathroom boasts a walk-in glass shower and a sink right out of the 1947 Sears catalog.

Private and spacious stand-alone Carriage House with private entrance and adequate off-street parking. Steps away from 60+ acre Woodlawn Lake Park, offers gorgeous Cypress trees, ducks, dog-friendly running/walking trails, pool, outdoor gym, and sports courts. Safe, quiet, and centrally located within San Antonio's Historic Monticello Park (10 Mins to Downtown). Fully updated, but retains 81 years of historical charm.
