Ms. Şeyda is an incredibly hospitable person. The welcome, the entrance to the house, everything was magnificent. It is definitely the only option for a perfect, clean accommodation in Izmir, where you will feel like your own family home. We will definitely choose this place again.

The hotel met all my needs. While there were some shortcomings in the room, all the staff were very polite and communicative strong. Thank you Ms. Özlem, the building attendant.

Nice place, a little bit away from the center so it’s relatively quiet. 3 minutes walk to an adjacent street there are a lot of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the building there’s a grocery store, which we went to every day and 5 minutes walk you will find a huge and very beautiful park. The host and co-host are very friendly and flexible, I recommend this apartment

Mehmet is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome! We loved the apartment - it looked like in photos and had everything you may need for your stay. In the area you have many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and cafes, and the sea is super close. I would recommend Mehmet and his place to everyone, I would definitely return. :)

Wonderful house, beautiful experience. The apartment is on a street full of shops and restaurants, but when you close the windows, the house is very quiet. Responsive and helpful host, self check-in done late at night, very easy. 😊

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, and it was a pleasure to meet the Faith couple; this price is very good value for money in the surrounding room type, you can walk to the big elevator in 3 minutes, you need only 1 subway station to go to the clock tower; because they arrive late on the first day, they have been sending me messages to care if we can find directions and proactively recommend delicious food and play routes; On the first night they were very enthusiastic about inviting me for tea and coffee, we talked for a few hours together, although relying on the translator, it didn't affect our communication of interesting topics at all; I highly recommend everyone to stay

We preferred it for the second time and the rest will come, it is a really nice spacious apartment. We were extremely comfortable and never felt like strangers, all the amenities were sufficient. You can also be in the super direct elevator. It was a pleasant stay close to the market, center and cafes.:)

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply. The location is great, close to the main attractions and easy to get around either by walking or taking a bus. The house itself is a beautifully renovated old building, full of charm and lovely little details that make it feel really special. Check-in was self-service and super easy. Everything was perfect, and I’m completely satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend!

We fit 9 people comfortably. All the beds were comfortable and clean. Mr. Mustafa is also very caring and understanding. The location of the house is already very close to all the stops, you can easily walk around. Thank you very much for everything.

The place we stayed was definitely the best place I've ever seen, I've had the experience of staying in that place, but it's such a clean, spacious ,tidy and comfortable place very rare. The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Mr. Ramazan provided us with all the conveniences, the accommodation was very clean and useful, the interest and relevance were good, it was a magnificent accommodation

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.
