This place was great! Beautiful property within easy walking distance of the water and downtown Southport. Julie was very helpful and a great communicator. Hopefully we get the chance to stay here again!

We will definitely be back! We loved the house! The pool was perfect size and the perfect cool down after the beach! Spacious outdoor shower which is a family favorite. Easy walk to the beach as she said and she thought of everything! Every toy , float, beach item was there to borrow. Bathroom was very clean, towels and linens supplied made packing easy. We felt at home❤️.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Carolina Views! We loved everything about the house, but the views from the back deck were breathtaking! We saw such beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus plenty of wildlife (deer, birds, etc.) There were 10 of us and we had more than enough room for additional people. The house was very clean with lots of thoughtful details. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. We took full advantage of the pool as well! The private beach access was a very short walk and never crowded! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! We would absolutely recommend Carolina Views to anyone looking for a beautiful house with amazing views!

A great place by the beach. Phenomenal view of the ocean with easy access to the beach. The descriptions matched perfectly. Place was spotless clean and contained all necessary amenities. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was able to accommodate all my family from out of state. The hose (Sean) was AMAZING and very accommodating! If you are wanting a secluded oasis, this is your place. I will absolutely book the place again!

The house was very clean, new furniture and appliances throughout, and beautifully decorated. It’s in a great location within a short distance to the public beach access. Holden Beach is a family favorite for us and we will definitely be keeping this house on our list for future stays!

Brenda’s place is pristine, very neat, lots of fun add ons with the pool, sauna, walking distance to great restaurants, beach front and Publix. Brenda is super responsive and saved our mini-vacay by helping us at the 9th hour! We’ll certainly come back as we loved it there especially as first time in Oak Island.

The house was immaculate! From living quarters, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, screened porch and everything in between it truly felt like no corner was missed and as a mom of 2 young kids that was such a relief to walk into. There were beach and pool items that were actually usable and not rusted and salt water rotted like your typical rental spots. The location was perfect. Far enough from the main road to be private, but close enough to take the golf cart or walk anywhere you’d need to go. Mary was communicative, thankful and kind. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

We enjoyed Sebrell’s house so much, we are already planning a return trip. The view is phenomenal. The proximity to the beach is really fantastic. It’s so nice to have your own boardwalk. And we loved watching the sunset over the water from the porch. We also loved being able to walk on the trail to the marina for coffee and ice cream. The house itself is great. We felt very much at home. This is a family house, and an older house. So if you are looking for a brand new place, that is absolutely pristine, this is probably not for you. But if you want a comfortable house with a family vibe that is right on the beach, this is a great pic. Additionally, Sebrell was a very responsive host.

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach. Spotless interior with a well appointed kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. We've stayed at dozens of Air BnBs and this one is fantastic! Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

We love Southport and Rena’s home is right in the heart of the charming, historic downtown. A couple of blocks to the waterfront and restaurants and anything else that Southport has to offer. Rena was an ideal host and offered suggestions of things to do, a lovely welcome note, and a welcome basket that made us feel at home. Her home is every bit as charming as the pictures and captures the feel and vibe of Southport perfectly. Rena provided many little touches, including a wide choice of coffee and tea for our mornings sitting in the sunroom that made our stay pitch perfect.

Such a wonderful stay at Richard’s for our family with three under 5 years old. House was fully stocked in the best ways. Can’t think of a better spot for the price!

Our family has gone to Oak Island every year around Memorial Day for the last 6 years and we've always been looking for a spot that we can return to every year. Nothing has been quite right. Until we stayed here. This spot has everything we love. Right on the beach with easy access. Great layout with big beautiful windows. Something fun for the boys to play (air hockey). Really comfy beds. Very clean. Walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. It was great. We will definitely be back!

This Enchanted Retreat really is both! What a gorgeous house and property - well-built and spacious, with so many thoughtful touches, from the hammock to the giant Connect 4 game to the fire table on the porch. Swift and well-maintained golf carts. Absolutely wonderful kitchen with lots of amenities and plenty of dishes for cooking big celebratory meals. And the porch! I could live there, honestly. So peaceful and serene. We loved everything about it, with the small exception of one of the bedrooms (the crofter), which is smaller than we'd thought. We were planning on sleeping two adults in two separate beds up there, but was not possible - would have blocked bathroom door. However, there are two giant couches and two of our friends slept there just fine; very comfortable. Even with 11 people, we all still felt like we had plenty of space!

We had a lovely first visit to Bald Head Island. The house was comfortable, with public beach access within walking distance, and the golf cart included worked great. Neighbors were all friendly and relaxed. Great family spot!

We had the best time at Carol’s place on BHI! It was in a perfect location and the view from the deck was amazing. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay on BHI at Sea and Tee. The house met our expectations and needs. Loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and felt very private. Josh was very easy to work with and we hope to return next year.

Our family of 11(7 adults, 3 children, and infant) had a wonderful stay at BIS BALDI. We made lovely memories here. BIS BALDI is a beautiful beach front property, well maintained, and has ample provisions to make your BHI stay comfortable and memorable. The Crofter offered an additional private space for family members seeking respite from the main house. South Beach access 30-a great location for sunrises, sunsets, dolphin sitings and shelling! Host Lauren was gracious and extremely accommodating to our needs and requests. We have been visiting BHI for the past few years and highly recommend this rental property.

We had an excellent stay at Kristen’s home. Kristen gave us great information regarding:the ferry and the process of getting to and from BHI. The home was spacious and private. We had fun exploring the island by golf cart! Can’t wait to come back!

Wow - what a beautiful house in a great location! My family came and stayed for a week and had possibly our best vacation yet. The house came with everything we needed - bikes, beach chairs, a grill, golf carts - and the host, Kirsten, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My week at Quintessentially Bald Head was a great experience. The house was very private and so quiet, perfect for our family. the kitchen was well equipped and there were so many extras in the house for the beach and family activities. There were some difficulties with the golf carts but Deeoak and his coworkers were very responsive. thank you for a great week.

Melanie and was wonderful host and the house was perfect for our family. It was better than the photos. We loved having coffee on the porch and watching the wildlife(squirrels, cardinals and deer). Great location! We would definately stay there again.

We loved our time at Connie’s place! Super close to the beach and walkable to the nature outlook. Plenty of beach towels and sand toys, and we loved using the bikes too.
