We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. we were very impressed with Nicholas house very clean and equipped every thing we needed was there and more Location was great close to restrauants and Thirsk where we had lunch . could not fault it Will definitely go again

lovely accommodation in a beautiful village, away from any hussle and bussle. Everything is wonderfully peaceful. You are 5 miles from Thirsk and over a mile away from the nearest pub. You may need transport. it's an annex to a family home so there will be activity. super generous welcome bundle. No cooking facilities although a microwave is supplied. Very comfortable, light and clean.
