Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Baldwin County

We had the best stay! My kids sure did enjoy swimming and fishing on the dock!

A really lovely place, for our extended family to gather. We loved all the light from the windows that overlook the lake. We greatly enjoyed gathering in the large open living room area, as well as on the deck, and around the fire pit with the airdirondack chairs. A great place to gather with family and friends. The bedrooms very comfortable. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at Ben’s place and we can’t wait to go back next year! Perfect house for a large family, plenty of things to do for adults and children. Awesome upgraded dock. It feels like our home away from home. Ben was very nice and communicated before and during our stay if I had any questions. Highly recommend!

It was a great location for Milledgeville and Eatonton. We also found a great nursery where we bought an apple tree and a fig tree.

I really enjoyed staying as close to Lake Sinclair as we were. To get up in the morning and go sit on the dock and listen to nature was wonderful. The back patio was comfortable and a nice touch in the evenings....I will try to utilize again.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything we needed.

Excellent place to stay, we had to run from Hurricane Milton so we booked this place rather short notice. Communication was great, everything was clean, the home and the property on the lake are just gorgeous.

Thank you so much for sharing your lake house with our family. It was absolutely wonderful. We had so much fun fishing off the dock, hanging out on the beach area watching to kiddos play in the sand and getting our tan on. The kids also had a blast roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. I could go on and on about this beautiful place and all the fun we had. Thank you again to our amazing host y’all are awesome.

So much history in the area. Amazing homes show casing the building that went on during that time. Very large, beautiful homes built to last. People took pride in their homes back then.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Scott and Megan's place. It was beautiful, quiet, spacious, clean and comfy, and in a dynamite location (near downtown), and they were very responsive to our requests. We would stay here again, in a heartbeat.

I loved Joes place. It is quiet and peaceful, near a lake and you may see some wildlife like deer around his home. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Joe had a basket of things you may forget to bring on your trip such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush and lotion. I needed to stay an extra night and Joe was very accommodating. One thing to note if you need an Uber or Lyft they do not service the area. I had to call a cab to the airport.

I had a great stay for the weekend. The space was cozy, clean, and pet-friendly, which was a huge plus. Check-in was seamless, and the location was easy to find. The bed was comfortable, and having a fan in the bedroom was a nice touch. As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear footsteps from the main house above, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me, especially given the great price. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable and would stay again.

The house is so cool it has lots of character beautiful property right on the lake. I love all the toys you can play with like canoes, paddle boat and paddle boards. We had so much fun!!

We had a great time on spring break! This was the perfect place to relax and reset. The lake is gorgeous! We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, roasting marshmallows, and chilling in the house. Everything was amazing! Thank you.

The large cabin at Sanwar was beautiful and perfect for our stay. the park itself has lots to do , I wish we could have enjoyed all the extras but we were in town for my daughter's wedding, so we were very busy but we will be booking again, just to get to enjoy all the extras! Will is a great host and was very responsive to all questions we had. If you get a chance to stay here, book it, you won't regret it!!

Very cozy and quiet relaxing place.

Such a beautiful location on the lake. A wonderful, charming rustic home with all the necessary items needed to relax in a bit of paradise. You will need to bring your own bath soap and shampoo.

Very easy to get there the surroundings and cabin are beautiful with a great view, very relaxing and quiet. We even saw a couple of deers on the porch.The cabin was tastefully decorated and clean. Host is very responsive answered all our questions and even gave us recommendations on eating and places to visit. Definitely a place to come back already planning to come for the summer.

It’s one of those places that you wish you could stay just one more night. Beautifully kept. Amazing vibe. Will definitely visit again.
