Holiday rentals with a fire pit in United States

We stayed here for a mini honeymoon to destress in private. It is very peaceful and private at this beautiful cabin in a wooded area. The road up the hill is narrow, so bring a good driver in good weather. There were very thorough instructions to get to this cute but tucked away location. Inside the cabin are gorgeous floor to ceiling windows that allow a peaceful view of the trees. The furnishings are cute, clean, and thoughtful. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the kitchenette has everything a couple needs for a few nights away. The TV has Internet and streaming apps. Outside, the wooden porch has a grill, fire pit, and a clean hot tub. There are thoughtfully provided curtains to allow the tub privacy from the (barely used) road. Overall this was a lovely stay and we'd love to return!

We had a lovely stay - the place is so cute, clean, and has everything. I truly felt like I was going into a spa, it smelled clean and fresh plus had fun amenities. Would love to go back!

I don’t think I have all the words to explain this experience in staying at this special home. We found it by chance with a last minute cancellation, totally understanding why it is booked up ahead of time as this is a special spot. The accomodation was comfortable and homely, our first evening we had the records playing while we had a fire pit and were barbecuing. The surroundings are the most spectacular garden of fruit trees, medicinal flowers and plants and gorgeous herbs. The kitchen was something out of a magazine, every imaginable appliance and tool to cook up a storm. The sauna and outside bath is fantastic!This is such a gem of a spot that literally filled our souls with happiness!!! Thank you both for allowing us to experience your special oasis💜

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb! The space was so nice and cozy - perfect for a Fredericksburg weekend getaway. One of my favorite moments was waking up in the morning and seeing the animals outside - it felt like a peaceful retreat in nature. The entire experience was seamless, and I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space. I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you Laura!!

My husband and I absolutely love staying here! We stayed here on our wedding night, and come back each year for our anniversary. This is the perfect place to get away from our phones and just spend time together relaxing on the porch. Highly recommend.

This was by far the best trip we’ve ever had. The house was absolutely breathtaking—every corner was filled with thoughtful details that showed how much love and care went into creating it. It truly felt like a work of art. The hosts even left a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us, which made our celebration even more special! Our days were filled with unforgettable experiences, from exploring The Lost Sea and the Hunter Museum to horseback riding and taking in the majestic beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. Plenty of antique shops to explore and every restaurant we visited served the most delicious food, making every meal a treat. Each night, we returned to what felt like a dream home and woke up to the most stunning views of the mountains and the town below. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical and memorable getaway. Everything was PERFECT!

This was the perfect getaway to unwind from the chaos and pressures of life! We truly enjoyed our stay, and the weather was perfect. We spent a large bulk of the time at the property watching the birds and deer, drinking wine outside with a great book, soaking in the outdoor tub, and walking the property with our dog. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we found it more than adequate to cook dinner each night. Although there was no TV, we appreciated the opportunity to just disconnect. Linda was a fantastic host; the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the house was spotless. We can't wait to visit again soon!!

The hosting group was great to work with and always responsive to anything that popped up . We enjoyed the place in between our Oklahoma/ Arkansas adventures this week. Always felt like coming "home" after some long days of activity. My girlfriend and daughter were in love with the horses Molly and Red or our "neighbors" as we called them all week. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

This was the most peaceful adequate space for us! We didn’t want to leave! We felt like we were in the country, but everything we needed or wanted was right around us. We will be back and I have already shared with two other families. Thanks for your hospitality!

Clean, secure, safe, cozy. Cool area by the Library. The Streetcar (free) stops directly outside the building. This spot is not in the dead center of the restaurant districts, which just means it's a little quieter. You can get to the trendy parts of downtown with a 5-20-minute walk (or a 3-10-minute Streetcar ride). So, great location. The apartment is super clean. Everything works and looks nearly brand new. It's a well-kept space. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. No concerns about security. Parking is in a gated deck beside the apartment. The security guard on duty is incredibly helpful - don't hesitate to call them for help finding the parking (if needed) or a general overview of the building. The gym in the building is well-equipped with a variety of machines and weights. Saved me a drive to Planet Fitness. Savannah was quick to respond to any questions I had and communicated well. Bonus: The shower heads are great for people 3'-8' tall!

Megan is an exceptional host. The place is exactly as described. Perfectly clear instructions for entry and departure. We were very impressed with all the details within the apartment. The bed was super comfy….& I will admit I am a bed snob! My husband and I enjoyed it very much. We loved walking around the area and to the Capital. I will book again in a few weeks when I return to visit my son who lives nearby.

This is an ABSOLUTE stay again! The suite was huge, very clean spotless. Cozy and felt like a resort style. The fire place was such an amazing touch and the accommodations were so cozy. I was beyond happy and pleased with my suite. The hot tub was very clean and warm and the shower was like a room itself! The design of the home is flawless.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

A touch of luxury on a beautiful working farm. What a gorgeous retreat! A stunning apartment next to a peaceful lake on 80 acres - pure country bliss. Blaine and Co. were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful! The apartment was divine with a perfectly appointed kitchen and a huge, comfy bed! The fireplace would be perfect for those cool evenings in the Fall and Winter. I can't wait to come back!

Rachel’s cabin was such a great getaway for our family vacation. There were so many little details that she thought of that made this day that much more enjoyable. This place is beyond family-friendly with plenty of accommodations for kids of all ages. We really loved having the side-by-side for easy access to the river where we spent the majority of our vacation. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will likely be back for another vacation in the future.

What a gem of a place! We feel lucky to have been able to spend time on this property. The homestead has a rich history and it can be felt in all of the flowers and trees on the land, as well as the added amenities, which just make it a top notch stay in our books. The cave is man made and literally and figuratively cool. A wonderful place to hang out with someone you love. It had just rained when we visited so the spring was really running and having some shoes that can be damp is a must. The hot tub is the best one we've been in. The floating lights are a sweet touch. The host has offered so many activities that everyone will find something of interest to them in this space. The home is quite comfortable with everything you need for a positive experience. We will be back and linger longer next time!! One of our very favorite airbnb rentals so far!

There’s really nothing you can’t say about Jon’s home. It was very peaceful and beautiful. I thank you very much for the amazing cookies! My son enjoyed watching the cows and enjoying the outdoors surrounding the lake. The home was stocked more than we could’ve asked for and we appreciated all the small details put into this home. Although there is no TV (you truly wouldn’t watch it anyway) we were plenty occupied and if it was warmer we would have spent all of our time outdoors. Thank you again for the amazing stay, I hope to come back soon!

This was a perfect getaway vacation, with a breathtaking view. Everything was just like the pictures, so beautiful. I would definitely recommend, to anyone that wants a view every second of the day. Wifi works great! And everything was clean. We wish we didn't have to leave so early, but we enjoyed every second of it. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

If you want to feel the serenity of outside inside, stay here! The views are gorgeous all the way around the home. You feel remote yet accessible to some charming small towns in the area. It’s such a win win! The home itself was beautiful and unique. I don’t know how we will top this place in the future.

Hot water, good working kitchen and washer/ dryer. Ice in the freezer, clean sheets and nice working gas grill. We had two meals over the canopy trees. It was peaceful and secluded. Perfect for two people. We were very pleased and comfortable in this spot.

Cute, quaint, good location in the middle of a variety of things to do. Leah was so responsive and caring! Not having to worry about the little things made it such a more comfortable and relaxing vacation. This has everything u need for a nice little cabin stay other than yourself!

Valerie was, by far, the most responsive and proactive host I've dealt with. She was essential in planning our activities. The property was very peaceful with lots of trees. There was plenty of parking for 3 cars and a boat. The cabin was well stocked with all the essentials and every detail seemed to be thoughtfully designed. The cabin was very rustic but with lots of luxurious accents to accommodate both the guys and the girls. I love knowing the back-story. It made our stay all-the-more special. We traveled with a toddler, so the loft area required a little extra attention but that's to be expected. Thunderbird cabin provided a much needed break that I didn't realize I needed. I slept great in the king sized bed upstairs, and the rainfall on the metal roof was a bonus. My favorite thing about our stay was the gazebo. I found myself there several times, just watching the trees and the birds. It was a live show of nature. Just beautiful :)
