The architecture and decoration, both exterior and interior, is modern, avoiding unnecessary folklore and mammoth constructions, integrating into the environment and taking special care of the warmth of its interior. The studio (28m2) is a unique space with a double bed (separated by a closet), a living-dining room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace.

The loft is in Puerto Pollensa, its the ideal location makes it a great destination for couples who want to enjoy sunny days or spend romantic holidays. The bright and spacious interior offers AC, heating and a fireplace. There is a dining and living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a small bathroom, and a full bathroom in the master bedroom. It also has has 2 terraces to enjoy the sunny days and lovely evenings. There is a large community swimming pool with a BBQ grill.
