Loft holiday rentals in Spain

This amazing historic penthouse made our stay very enjoyable! David responded quickly to my questions before and during my stay. I asked him for a restaurant suggestion to celebrate my twin daughters’ 21st birthday. Panorama was the perfect recommendation. He was flexible with our check-in and checkout times. He stocked the kitchen with food and wine to get us through our first meals. Living in an old structure with lovely tiles and woodwork made our stay feel authentic to the area. It is on a quiet safe street. All means of transportation were close and easy to access. The porch was a favorite place for us. The sunshade made it comfortable. The plants were beautiful. While relaxing on the porch in the evening we could hear a neighbor playing his violin beautifully. Stocking our kitchen was easy with a grocery story around the corner. Having a washer was helpful. The penthouse gave us another reason to love València.

We had the most amazing 4 nights in Madrid. The apartment was ideally located, very central and easy to walk to main attractions. Apartment was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Christine was a wonderful host who made our holiday in Madrid even better. I would highly recommend this wonderful little apartment that has been so cleverly designed. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

We were a group of friends who were allowed to stay at Rafa's place. The apartment has the perfect location to enjoy the beach and city alike. The amenities are fantastic, from the bathrooms to the kitchen equipment and beach essentials, everything you need is really available. We felt very comfortable. And Rafa as a host was very accommodating. We would come back anytime and recommend the apartment to everyone.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at apartment Anita. Set in a beautiful village the apartment really is fantastic, with such thoughtful attention to detail both inside and out. Carme was a brilliant host and made sure we had everything we needed and made check in as check out very easy. We couldn't have asked for more! Thank you Carme we had a wonderful stay and were very sad to leave.

It's spacious and you can see the Alhambra Palace. The downside is that there is no shower head.

What a beautiful home! This was one of the most magical places we stayed our whole trip. The space is thoughtfully put together with everything you need, the view is breathtaking, and Anais is super helpful and responsive with so many in depth recommendations, and clear instructions. We could’ve happily stayed for weeks. Don’t miss this spot, it’s one to remember.

we had a great time staying at laia's place. it was very clean and well-decorated, and we really enjoyed the balcony and jacuzzi bathtub after long days of walking around. the neighborhood is central and felt quite safe. laia was very responsive and even let us check in early to drop off our bags. overall i would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting barcelona!

I would recommend anybody that asks to go to Christian and Felix place. spotlessly clean , beautifully decorated, is like being in an hotel top-notch hotel suite, yet with everything an apartment has. It was very hot these days in Madrid but airco worked beautifully. The apartment is also very well located, two different metro lines with stations at 5-8min walking distance, and many bars, cafes and restaurants right next door. At night you can feel the beautiful Madrid vibe. Thank you guys, I'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay here! Private apartment but close to a great area and close to metro station. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose!

Excellent location to explore Palma by foot. Well equipped studio, had all we needed. Large, comfortable bed. Excellent communication and very friendly and helpful. Will certainly stay again if we return to Palma. Apartment on 1st floor, with steep stairs and no lift, so just be aware of that if you're unable to carry suitcase up stairs.

We lovely the area and found it had a lovely vibe. The Metaloft was very funky and had been decorated in a fun , tasteful way. It was so nice to have some ice in the freezer for our drinks when we arrived. The was also ice- packs for injuries or picnic but one day we just used them to cool off as we had a few very hot/stifling days. Great little interior decorator store near by. Air conditioning worked really well and we had so much space. I also appreciated the inclusion of a sewing kit as one of my buttons fell of my dress.

Great location short walks to everything. Convenient to Prado and Plaza Mayor 5 minutes to two metro stops. Very quiet building for active area. Highly recommend.

The best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Rony was there to meet us & filled us in on some top tips for the city which really helped. Fantastic accommodation, lots of thought has gone into it, great location with easy access to the main sights. Faultless.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this small, comfortable studio, with a nice pool. Ideally located, close to a very beautiful and large beach and local shops. The tram also allowed us to easily get to Alicante and Benidorm. Our hosts, very discreet, were however always available, if we had questions. I would recommend this rental.

I really enjoyed living in this place. The air is amazing here! and it's very quiet this time of year! Adelaida is a wonderful hostess and this apartment is very cozy.

Well located apartment 3 minutes from the cathedral, museums and other tourist sites. And 20 minutes from the bus station. It has everything you need to spend a few days (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, etc.).

We had a wonderful stay at Manuel's place. Very clean, had all the amenities for daily living (cooking, laundry, cleaning, tv, bathing, living room etc), and spacious. The area is very close to the groceries (right next door! And one just a minute away) and yummy bakeries. Check-in was very easy - Manuel provided excellent instructions. Thank you again Manuel for having us, would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Very flexible nice host. Lovely spacious sunny loft with good wifi and all the comforts. Absolutely recommended.

Very cozy loft, with all the details of utensils. The pellet stove is a success to warm the rooms, a very central area. Good restaurants around. No problem parking the car, close to hiking trails. We will repeat again if we come back in that area. thank you very much

The stay was great. Apartment very close to the city center and the beach. Very clean and tidy. A beautiful terrace. Everything was great with Angela. He always responded to everything very quickly and clarified all our doubts at the same time. We will definitely repeat!
