The old house at Solnes Farm

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents received the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from around 1950. We live in the other part of the house. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join in the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life as we are in full employment and have four small children.

Nice trips nearby, including Vallestadfossen which is 500 meters away. Mountain trips are also nearby. Below the cabin it is possible to fish trout (small) in the river. This is free. The nearest town is Førde which is 30 minutes away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 m from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.

Hansastova at Heggland Farm

Heggland Gardsbruk is a family farm that produces organic vegetables and our goats and sheep graze in the hills around the farm. In July and August they are high up in the mountains, though. 30 minutes from Voss, 15 minutes from Gudvangen. Hansastova is one of two houses on the farm, and we lives in the other house ourselves. About 400 meters steep dirt road up from the E16.
