This apartment is a hidden gem of the rare. A very nice city apartment on the first floor (no inside view) that’s secluded, car-free and in a great location. High X-factor with direct access to a green garden in the back, where you can lay in the sun, sit on a bench and read a book, do yoga or even have a bbq.
