The location of the house was really spectacular. You can get out of the house, grab your bag and swim in the sea from the beach right in front of you. The house was as we saw in the pictures. There was a smart home system. It was very comfortable in terms of security. It is immaculate and all the necessary materials have been thought out to the finest detail. 30 seconds to the beach, 10 minutes to the center, 20 minutes to Cunda. It was in a magnificent location. Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

Everything was as advertised. Mr. Ali and Ms. Rukiye welcomed us very well. They took care of everything. There was nothing missing in the room, it smelled spotless. I searched for the shortcomings previously mentioned in a review, but there was none. The pension is central but away from the noise of the tourist crowds. Every need is a few steps away. The sea is close and clean. I especially thank Ms. Rukiye for making me feel at home for a week. It will be the first address we will prefer when visiting Erdek again.

We had a very nice holiday with my mother, father and son, the house was extremely clean and modern. It was very close to the beach, shopping centers, amusement park, etc. If I come again, would I prefer it? Yes, I would. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Ida Maya Hostel for 2 nights. We preferred it because it is very central and they are animal-friendly. I was glad I did. It was a great luxury to wake up early in the morning, take 10 steps and go into the sea. Its location was great, being very close to the bazaar. I never needed to drive. The rooms were extremely clean and simple, there were no unnecessary details. Since they were newly opened, everything, including the Jacuzzi, was spotless. It was very enjoyable to end the day on a large balcony, as the sun set right in front of you. Perfect for a calm, central accommodation.
