Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Balıkesir

It was very easy to reach in terms of location, we got off right in front of the bungalow at the end of a period of 40 minutes with buses passing through the center. The staff provided very kind and descriptive communication. The hot tub was in use, there were necessary supplies for the barbecue, the furniture of the house was new and spotless, everything was as it appeared in the photos, the view was very nice. It was calm as a neighborhood and close to everything you need. Air conditioning was sufficient for heating. We were very satisfied, we would like to come again in the summer season ☺️

It was more beautiful and spacious than the photos showed. Everything was spotless. Comfortable 4 people, it was very good. In our opinion, the only problem was the music and conversation sounds from outside. The windows are thin, probably because of that. But if you don't mind this is a cozy room in a perfect location.

The hotel is very nice and centrally located. There is a parking lot right next to it. The room was quite spacious and clean. In addition, Mr. Gökçen helped us in every matter. Thank you very much :) see you

I fell in love with Ayvalik, it is not much known to foreign tourists so it was a bonus:). Beautiful architecture in every corner. House was in perfect location minutes from the beach (I swam every day). Ayvalik can get windy and it was our lack that whole week was windly so that put off children swimming in the sea close to house but we drove to sarimsakli beach which sandy and super nice. You can even pay and go to local hotels pools (Elisa was 5min away from the house-and we did swim there). House was also 5min drive away from Cunda island which is rather crowdy but worth the visit especially the museum and the chapel. I can say this was the cleanest air bnb stayed, proper Turkish house cleanness:) Owners are really nice pleasant people (Former teacher). They come every day to water the garden so I am sure if we had any issue they would have helped. We felt really safe in the area, my daughter would walk to beach on her own to collect stones and come home.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa - it had everything and even more, comfortable house with 2 separate bedrooms + bedroom mixed with living room + bedroom with separate toilet upstairs. Wonderful terrace, both in-house and outdoors shower, private beach, grill place, sauna, multiple locations for sitting. We were 6 people and villa suited us perfectly. Thank you a lot for hospitality!

We stayed for 90 days. We had a wonderful summer as a family. We felt like our own home and it was peaceful. Being close to the sea is a great advantage. The garden, balcony, terrace were very convenient to spend time. We burned our barbecue and ate and had fun. Our friends came, and even on the days we were crowded, we did not have any problems thanks to the bathroom, room and bed capacity. We would like to thank Mr. Alper and his family for their interest and service. I would recommend it to everyone without a second thought.

It is a positive feature that we feel at home, in a natural environment, where you can have a good time, especially as a family, close to Ayvalık, garlic and cunda. The hosts helped with everything. We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family. A nice house with several perfectly equipped guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful sea views from the terrace and the balcony. Entrance and kitchen are shared with the owner but are fully available to guest nevertheless. The house has absolutely everything one needs during the stay, and the host provides very helpful advice on places to visit. We've enjoyed their hospitality so much! Also, within 1-hour drive you reach the peaceful beaches of the Aegean as well as the main sites on the Dardanelles. Walks in the hills and fields make it a great place to explore the nature of Thrace and pay a visit to Troy.
