Here you live in a newly built house of 95 sqm2 with room for 5 people just a stone's throw from Fyrisån and beautiful Ulva Kvarn. The house offers an undisturbed location where you can relax but still have proximity to Uppsala and its beautiful surroundings, Arlanda airport and Stockholm. Relax on the well-stocked terrace at the back of the house while hearing the noise of the waterfall at a distance.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Belägen i ett lugnt läge vid en grönskande park har man 7min promenad till citykärnan, restauranger & caféer. Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washingmaskin ,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Observera att boendet saknar starkström och dusch, men är beläget vid en källsjö med rent och friskt vatten som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Stugan drivs enbart av 12-volts el för enklare belysning, vilket innebär begränsad elektrisk kapacitet. Det finns dock möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag. Följande ingår i boendet: *Ved till bastu *Dricksvatten i dunk *Sängkläder (gäster får gärna ta med egna om önskas) *Tillgång till utedass Boendet är avsett för högst två personer.

The house is modernly furnished with a double bed and two mattress pads in the sleeping loft. Comfortable apartment in a separate guesthouse in a cozy village, E4an and Uppsala. We recommend own car! Free parking in the driveway. By car: 2 minutes to E4 drive, 5min to Vattholma and commuter train station with connections to Gävle, Uppsala and Stockholm. 15min to Gränby city center. Proximity to hiking trail, medieval churches and Salsta Castle. 20 min into Uppsala. Double bed, sofa bed and possibility of an extra bed. Private deck, access to common patio.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towel included.

Near you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the range of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.
