A lovely, cozy (complete privacy) vacation home in the beautiful Frisian water sports village of Woudsend. The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake district; you will be staying with the harbor master of Woudsend, Corine. The cottage's flower garden (butterfly garden) offers plenty of privacy and is situated right below the 't Lam corn mill. Come here to relax with your loved one, away from the hustle and bustle; you will find peace and quiet here, and you will be awakened by the titmouses, blackbirds, and sparrows (sometimes on Sundays by the church bells). In our Homestay studios, you can recharge and unwind in a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the spacious, luxurious studios (see also De Gierzwaluw). The Grutto is equipped with box spring, seating, workspace, kitchenette and private bathroom. In the sunny garden, there are patios and a covered bicycle shed. Located in a rural village, surrounded by beautiful forests and lakes, you can enjoy the diverse natural surroundings, as well as the lively town center with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

For infants: the garden is completely fenced off, with safety locks on the gates. There is a baby cot and a highchair for your use.

The rural accommodation IT ÚT FAN HÚSKE is situated on an idyllic winding dike, close to Sneek/Leeuwarden and a short distance from Lake Sneek and De Potten. Within 15 minutes by bike (for rent), you can be at Potten Beach or in the bustle of the city, while on your return, you can once again enjoy the tranquility of the Frisian countryside. An ideal combination of vibrancy and relaxation. The detached húske is stylishly and tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up with a view of the dining room, a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their beds in front of the window every evening, and sometimes a sheep walking by... Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no Wi-Fi and no TV. There is, however, a large table for playing games together and a lovely sofa for drinking a glass of wine together. Make beautiful memories together! And extra fun: the first lambs are born at the beginning of October!

Enjoy a comfortable cottage on fishing water. Beautiful views over tulip fields and playing hares. Enjoy the tranquility of the garden with countless birds, go to Urk or Lemmer for coziness or try to catch a fish from your own jetty. Anything is possible, nothing is required. The cottage is cozily furnished for four people and equipped with every comfort. With two terraces, there is always a sunny or shady spot and a detached shed with a charging point for bicycles.

Casa Sloten, beautiful house on Elfstedenroute

Relax completely in this unique and charming accommodation. The picturesque city (!) Sloten has only 700 inhabitants, but the town is still a party to visit because of its fantastic and cozy monumental buildings and restaurants, the small but intriguing museum and beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. As one of the Frisian Eleven Cities, Sloten is also an ideal base for water sports enthusiasts and (in winter) skating trips on the Slotermeer.

Cozy and luxurious 2-person studio, the front house of a farmhouse, beautifully located on the water and in the center of Heeg. Fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including a new kitchen with refrigerator, including freezer compartment, oven and 2-burner induction hob. Spacious wet cell with toilet, shower and sink. A spacious sitting area to relax after a nice day out. In fine weather, you can enjoy a nice spot on the waterfront.

De Luts, a charming cottage located on the edge of the forest.

Located on the edge of the forest, a charming small semi-detached house on its own property. Also suitable for longer stays (registration not possible). It is quite and rural here. The well-known town of Balk, with its shops and small harbor, is just 2 km (1.2 miles) away. You can hike and bike beautifully here. Pets and/or children are not allowed. Maximum two people, who can sleep separately if necessary (sofa bed).

Monumental house on the water

This 1750 national monument with a spacious garden and private berth is located on the water in Woudsend. A cozy water sports village between the Heegermeer and the Slotermeer. A house that is equipped with all comforts. In the garden, it is wonderful to sit under the umbrella with a view of the boats sailing by. Enjoy the evening with a drink by the magma garden fireplace. In the barn is an infrared sauna.

Villa Scorpio: holiday home near forest and lake!

Villa Scorpio is a 6-12-person holiday home at Villapark Mooi Gaasterland, suitable for small groups and families. The warm villa has a large kitchen, fully equipped, a spacious living room with large sitting and dining area to eat and an extra reading and playroom. In total there are 8 bedrooms (4 2-person and 4 1-person) all with their own bathroom. Bed linen and towels for all guests provided!!
