Holiday rentals with a patio in Balkan Mountains

The place is located in one most famous areas in Sofia- walking distance to Doctors garden! Apartment is on the 4th floor accessible with stairs and elevator. The place has two bedrooms with balconies: one looking over the street, one looking over well maintain inner courtyard. The entrance to the building is secured even though the entire area around is very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen has all necessities. There is secured parking under the building accessible from outside. I highly recommend this place!

The accommodation was very nice and in a quiet area. Everything was as described, it smelled beautiful inside and everything was clean. The big advantage was that we had our own parking space right in front of the apartment. Thank you very much to the host for a beautiful stay😊

Great and comfortable apartment, very close to bus station.

Camelia's apartement is safe, clean, nicely decorated and spacious enough for couples. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a nice view. It is quite peaceful. The location is amazing, just a 15min walk to the old town and 30min walk towards the Parliament building. There is a grocery store, nice french bakery and a 5* asian restaurant around the corner. Camelia is very responsive and attentive host always ready to help.

My friend and I stayed at Camila's apartment for 5 nights. From the very first message with Camila, I felt I had made the right choice. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms, each with its own separate bathroom and toilet. In addition, there is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s clear that attention was given to every detail needed for a comfortable stay (there were even umbrellas available just in case). The apartment looks exactly like the pictures—and is even more beautiful, inviting, and very clean in real life. Camila was available for us as promised (though there was hardly any need to contact her since everything was perfect). The apartment is located on a quiet street, yet close to the Old Town and the Radisson Hotel area, with convenient access to all means of transportation, making it easy and efficient to get anywhere. We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The host was fantastic with communication, providing all the information we needed promptly and making the whole process very smooth. The home itself was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated and made for a very comfortable stay. We did encounter a minor issue with the end barrier not opening with the remote, which made it a little tricky for taxis at times. Also, we noticed a slight sulphate-like smell in the shower water. However, these were minor inconveniences and didn't detract significantly from our overall positive experience. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb for its cleanliness and excellent host communication.

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

Brilliant place to stay. We came for the weekend to visit the Therme, perfect location as it was less than 10 minutes away. Fit a group of 6 incredibly comfortably. Very helpful host and always responsive. Will 100% be back in the summer Thankyou !

Clean and brand new space. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Everything was perfect! If we find ourselves in Komotini again, we will definitely choose it!

Incredible area, fresh air, great villa. It felt very private and secluded. The villa has everything you will need to cook a delicious dinner and enjoy it outside. Bear in mind that the weather is significantly different than the one you might experience at the beach / in the city (we loved the contrast). Might be a good idea to pack a hoodie. I'd definitely book again!

Clean, quiet and comfortable apartment.

I stayed in Terry's place with my husband and our 6 months old baby. Everything went really well with the help of such wonderful host. I was in touch with Terry before arrival to confirm the type of bed for the baby, bed linen and to ask for high chair and bath. She responded to my questions, reassured me and provided the items we asked for. The apartment matches the description. It is surprisingly quiet inside, very good windows and isolation from neighbors. We made use of the AC which is great to have when the flat is close to a busy road. The bed was comfortable, lots of bed sheet and towels were provided. The host was kindly flexible for our check out due to late flight and baby naps. I am extremely greatful for this. We would certainly come back to stay with Terry.

Nice stylish studio apartment

We stayed for 6 nights in Alexandru’s place and it was wonderful! Communication with him was flawless, he is so helpful and flexible as well, he sent us videos of how to find the parking space, the flat and overall was above and beyond helpful! The flat is lovely especially for a family with kids. Our daughter loved the bedroom and having the terrace is a huge plus. The condominium is quiet and peaceful and also gives a lot of privacy, considering it’s located quite central. It’s 5-6 minutes walk away from Carol Park which is great for taking kids and also from wonderful restaurants and cafes across the park, highly recommend eating there. We absolutely loved it and hopefully this will become our favourite place to stay when traveling to Bucharest. Thank you for everything, Alex!

There is a billa supermarket in a 7-minute walk. However, there are few restaurants and businesses around. The door opening method given by the manager is not very convenient. 1. The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to.
