Sjajna lokacija, prelepa bašta, parking mesto ispred kuće, jako blizu mora... Saša je bio super, uvek dostupan i od pomoći. Svaka preporuka!

Une semaine parfaite en famille. Visites, randonnées, plage (même si l'eau est un peu fraiche début mai), restaurants et gastronomie locale (avons loué une voiture pour parcourir l'île). Nous avons profité au maximum. Georgia a été très bien, tant au niveau de la communication, l'accueil, ses recommandations et sa disponibilité. Séjour au calme à 50 m de la mer, la maison est charmante avec son grand jardin et ses équipements extérieurs. Intérieur confortable, literie parfaite, salle de bains idem. A part les petits déjeuners nous avons mangé un soir en terrasse sinon tout le temps en extérieur. Nous avons adoré !

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment was extremely clean and cozy, with an ideal location right next to the beach. Our hosts, Evangelia and her husband, were incredibly sweet and hospitable, always available whenever we needed recommendations for activities and entertainment in the area. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm, friendly atmosphere!

Absolutely a great place to stay. Location is fantastic and the neighborhood is warm and inviting. If you’re lucky you will get to see some locals playing backgammon at sunset at the beach, one block away.

Nikos und seine Mutter sind wunderbare Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem Kieselstrand und man hat Meerblick von der tollen Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Ausstattung ist gut. Es gibt auf dem Gelände viele streunende Katzen, die sehr kontaktfreudig sind, toll für Katzenliebhaber. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt

Genoten van ons verblijf in Cactus Residence. Zeer gezellige kamer op loopafstand van zee. In de aangrenzende tuin een gezellig zitje en een hangmat. Na een duik in zee kun je je afspoelen onder de heerlijke buitendouche. Een klein keukenblokje met grote koelkast en wat servies zodat je hier kunt ontbijten. Waterkoker, tosti ijzer en klein gasbrandertje is ook aanwezig. Parkeerplaats voor de deur, maar hier hebben wij geen hinder van ondervonden. Binnen 2 minuten loop je zo het gezellige centrum in van Sougia. Erg veel gezellige restaurants waar je goed kunt eten. Kortom een aanrader om hier te verblijven

Pay attention to check in time of 17:00, as specified in the listing. We weren’t paying attention and it would have been an issue for us, but hosts’s son was there to let us in earlier. Big Plodine market nearby (by car) or Konzum on foot. Beautiful, quiet residential area right at the beach. Few tourists around here in late September. Appreciated the parking. Antonija helped with turning on the hot water heater and bringing us a replacement router when several of our devices wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. They left cold drinks, fresh fruit from the garden (which is gorgeous), local olive oil, Nescafé, filter coffee, cappuccino mix, etc. for us. Space is small, just as pictured, but worked for us two. Patio area was so pretty and breeze was great. Thank you Draško and Antonija!

Renata is a warm, open-hearted, and well-traveled person with great energy — and you can really feel that in her home. The apartment is a magical place with a stunning view of the sea, very clean and well-maintained, and the mattress is super comfortable. Everything you need to feel at home is there. Renata picked us up and even brought us back to the harbor. When we forgot our toothbrush, she went out of her way to bring it to us — so kind and thoughtful!

We had an incredible weekend at Aleksandar’s place. The house is absolutely stunning - peaceful, beautiful, and exactly as described. The house was perfectly clean and hosts are incredibly welcoming. Aleksandar’s mom is such a kind and warm-hearted person, and the homemade food she prepared was absolutely delicious, we loved every bite! We also had the best time with Tsoby, who is truly the sweetest dog. We will for sure come back!

Highly appreciated the stay in this nice place. Perfect location - close to the sea side, restaurants and the city. We will consider this house again if we go to this Island again. Br Eva and Jens

Schöne Unterkunft - tolle Anlage - direkt am Meer - wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden einen Aufenthalt aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen ! :)

Rezervasyon sürecinden itibaren Emrah beyle iletişime geçtik ta ki kapıdan çıkana kadar bu süreç böyle devam etti bu tarz tatildeki en büyük sorunlar ulaşım oluyor gayet basit ulaşmak. Diğer sorun market kasap oluyor onlarda çok yakın en uzak ihtiyacınız olan yer size maksimum 1 km uzakta temizlik ve güven açısından da %100 e yakın bir performans var. Emrah bey’e burdan tekrardan teşekkür etmek istiyorum.

Şeyma Hanımın evini uzun zamandır kiralamak istiyordum. Bahçe, dere, sakinlik, evin imkanları vs herşey fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha güzel. İki çocuğumuzla birlikte keyifli bir tatil yaptık, öyle ki çocuklar dönmek istemedi. Civarda tavsiye ettiği yerleri ziyaret ettik, Sudüşen Şelalesi görülmesi gereken bir doğa harikası, İtalyan restoranı çok iyiydi ve Doktorun Evi kahvaltı için çok iyi seçimdi. Evle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık, sorunun çözümü biz oradayken mümkün olmasa da Şeyma Hanım bizi rahat ettirmek için geçici çözümler sunarak durumu kontrol altına almaya çalıştı. Kendisine ilgisi, çabası, dost canlılığı için çok teşekkür ederiz. Küçük not, o bölgede gsm hatları çekmiyor ancak evin interneti iyi çalışıyor. Su kenarı oldugu için börtü böcek var, evde vardı ama yine de sinek kovucu sprey bulundurmakta fayda var. Gündüzleri hava çok sıcak olmasına rağmen evin için serin ve güzeldi. Yeniden gelmek isteriz.

We had a fantastic stay in this overall amazing place! Everything as perfect as shown in the pictures, even better! Outstanding cleanliness, perfectly equipped plus everything there for starting your vacation, from milk, bread, ham, cheese, friuts, coffee, up to homemade oliveoil and much more. Super clean and refreshing little pool with an implacable view! Extremely present, responsive and helpful hosts! Highly recommended!!

We had a great time at Ville Devina! The bungalow was beautiful and the area was very private. We had a great stay and was super happy!
