Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Balkans

The only problem was that we couldn't stay longer. Couldn't have found a better place to start and stay during our holiday. Right after entering the apartment felt like being home. Also the family restaurant (To Petrino) next to the apartment was amazing with the tastiest food around and without any doubt the best red wine (homemade) on the island what we have tried. I am only giving 5⭐ because there are no options to give more. Very nicely done dear Ivana and Dionisis!

Great hospitality, host is responsive. Place is near plitvice so you can book a room in order to either go early in the morning or go back there to sleep after trails.

This is easily one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in so far! Firstly, Matilda was extremely friendly and responsive. She also took the time to give us local recommendations and had printed us a map and the local bus timetable. What really stood out for us was that Matilda also offered to pick us up and drop us off back to the port for our ferry. This was so appreciated and made going to and from the accommodation a smooth and easy process! The accommodation itself is so cosy, private and clean and surprisingly spacious! It had everything you need to cook your own meals and an oven and washing machine! Everything was so clean and fresh and Matilda provided us with new towels each morning. I thought it was really cute she left us a beach bag too! The location is fantastic if you are happy not being right next to the beach. We had a scooter so it made it super easy exploring the island. However, there is a bus stop, bakeries, restaurants & a supermarket in walking distance.

We loved our two nights staying at Hibiscus Uno. The garden is extremely relaxing and felt almost tropical in a way with the summer breeze. We enjoyed seeing the chickens, and relaxing in the hammocks after going to the beach. The location is also perfect for walking into the city center of Tropea in the evening to get dinner or drinks, and was just far enough outside of the downtown to keep it quiet and peaceful. The bedroom was very comfortable and had strong water pressure in the shower, and great air conditioning to keep the temperature nice on the hot summer days. We would gladly come back to this location if we ever come back for an overnight stay in Tropea and we highly recommend it! We also strongly recommend the dinner service with the homemade gnocchi. It was some of the best we have had since living in Italy.

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans ce logement ! Les instructions pour trouver le logements étaient claires, nous avons trouvé que le logement était vraiment bien situé, un peu à l'écart du bruit nocturne de la ville mais en même temps proche des attractions, de bons restaurants à proximité, tout est faisable à pied. L'hôte est très réactive, sympathique et arrangeante, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages dans un endroit sécurisé dès notre arrivée alors que notre logement n'était pas encore disponible. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce super logement, à la literie de très bonne qualité.

We had a lovely stay. Room was perfect with a lovely sea view. Location superb, close to bars, restaurants, beaches, shops yet still quiet and peaceful. Theo was extremely helpful helping us to arrange trips, ATV hire etc. An excellent stay.

loved staying here!! perfect location. Host makes it so easy to check in and even gave me a complimentary late check out. The bagel store right next to the home is also a plus. Would definitely recommend 😊

Would highly recommend this place! It was very clean. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It was easy to find and we were minutes from the beach and restaurants. The suggested places that were provided were also nice to try. I would stay here again when I come back.

Location was great - just above the main harbour. Loved the balcony and the view. Place was cosy. Checking in and out was very convenient. The owner very kindly picked us up from the bus stop and sent us back when we checked out. Communications was very easy as Julia was responsive.

The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as shown on the pictures. The location ist great, close to Galata tower and a very vibrant neighbourhood. Due to the great location, it can get a bit noisy at night. The wifi didn’t really work for us. Nevzat tried to find a solution, which didn’t really help but we appreciated his help. Overall a great place to explore Istanbul!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is in excellent shape and we loved the rooftop view and pool. The neighhood is great and there's a wonderful walk by the park which leads you to many great restaurants. Our hosts were always available and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again.

100% recommended place to stay if you’re visiting Chania. The view of the harbor from the balcony is definitely worth it - there were few days where we opted to just buy local fruits/cheeses and chill at the balcony as it beats many of the views offered from the bars around town. The host is really friendly and responsive, which was a huge help especially when arriving to the place as the old town of Chania is tricky to navigate. Complimentary laundry services were definitely a huge plus if you’re staying for a while as you’ll run through clothes quickly due to number of activities you can do here. Pro tip: I don’t know how often they do it but on the morning of first Saturday of June there was a local grocery bazaar event that was located about 7-min walking distance from the airbnb, where you can buy bunch of local goods from all over the area. We unfortunately missed it but would recommend that you time your travel around it as parking can get pretty nuts during that time.

Celal and crew were a great hosting team. Super helpful and friendly. Welcoming. Quickly responded to questions and provided lots of recommendations. Was very understanding when we had to fix an issue with the booking and got it resolved straight away. The place itself is really nice, too. A beautiful view over the sea, it's quiet and secluded but still close to lots of attractions and restaurants, and it just feels very homey and cozy inside.

This apartment exceeded my expectations, everything was great. The view is spectacular and the private jacuzzi was amazing. Jozo was very friendly and accommodating, also drove us in his taxi which was great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend 👌

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Athènes. Appartement très propre, excellente literie et calme car ne donne pas sur la rue. Proche des lieux à visiter (on a tout fait à pied) et a 300 m du métro (direct aéroport) Dimitra est disponible en cas de besoin Je recommande cet appartement.

Pobyt oceniam jako bardzo udany. Dom znakomicie umiejscowiony, blisko na promenadę jak i do Starego Miasta. Na duży plus możliwość odbioru z lotniska jak i powrotu na lotnisko. Właściciel jak i rodzina bardzo uprzejmi.

We had a great stay at Vanesa and Alfons’ apartment! They were both very responsive and gave food recommendations. Their mother cake every couple days and gave us new clean towels! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. It is in a good location from the beach, restaurants, and markets.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and all the appliances worked well. The view from the balcony of the setting sun was excellent. Laerti and Nertila were great communicators and finding the place was easy. Sarandë is a nice beach town with even more to visit nearby (e.g., Butrint National Park). I would stay here again.

Nassos's was a great host, provided link and websites to use for bookings. Was always responsive and also accommodate all my requests at his best. We did not stay long to use the pool, but have to say one of the best looking and cleanest pool I have seen in Crete!

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé, Nuriya m’a conseillé de nombreux endroits à visiter, ainsi que les manières de m’y rendre. Elle a été très claire sur les manières d’accéder à l’appartement depuis l’aéroport et a été très disponible si j’avais une question durant mon séjour. :) L’appartement était propre et il y avait de nombreuses fournitures diverses et variées pouvant servir lors des séjours. Le seul inconvénient selon moi serait le manque de luminosité en journée à cause du placement de l’appartement.

The apartment is small but cozy, it has everything you may need for a long stay. the ac works perfect (important when it's above 30C outside). And it's just a short, 10-15 min. walk from the city center (Podgorica is small). Great apartment!

We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights and it was exactly what we needed: a cosy apartment super close to Bansko's gondola station and fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. The place is great even for longer stays and could accommodate more than 2 persons, if you are willing to sleep in the living room. There's surely lots of storage around the place and a decent restaurant on the ground floor of the building, if you’d rather not cook. The host is super welcoming and lives in the same building, which is convenient if you need their assistance. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in Bansko.
