Our B&B is located on the top floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. (Breakfast is provided free of charge by us.)

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Enjoy the tranquility of our stylish B&B. Within a few minutes, you are in the heart of downtown Enschede. Ideal for exploring the city and surrounding area on foot or by bike. A garage is available to safely store any (electric) bicycles. Optionally, a breakfast basket can be ordered (€25 euros), which we then prepare for you to prepare and use at a time of your choice. Towels/kitchen towels are provided.

What is "Op zijn Zweeds"? A fully furnished cozy home (former living area of the farm) with its own entrance, full of comforts and also wheelchair accessible. Plenty of opportunities to spend time outside the house privately. Extras we offer for a fee: - Grocery shopping when you prefer not to do it yourself in these times. - Providing a hot meal that is served in the B&B.

Having lovely experiences with faboulous guests as this summer and because a lot of people asking me to do it so their friends can come, my lovely boat will be remain to be rent. Be awared that the boat is divided into two units. Both of the boat units wil funtionate independently (with his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen en bathroom).
