Completely new studio created in a former carpenter's workshop at the bottom of a quiet and relaxing cul-de-sac overlooking the vegetable gardens. The studio is composed of an entrance on the ground floor and the accommodation on the 1st floor. It is fully equipped. You will find basic food as well as bicycles allowing you to access the surrounding area The studio is 5 minutes by bike from the lake, 7 minutes walk from a supermarket and the village center ski resorts only 30 minutes away

Sunny, comfortable and non-smoking studio

Come and recharge your batteries in this studio on the ground floor of a chalet on the edge of the forest, quiet, with a lovely view of the green valley. The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. Numerous walks on foot or by bike from the chalet, and even more in Vallée Verte! Possibility to do an outdoor sauna session. Feel free to reach out to learn more.

Independent apartment

Fully equipped apartment, on the ground floor of our house. You have private and secure parking space. We are 20 minutes from the port and beach of Sciez à Pied or 3min by car ( 1.3 km ) 30 minutes from the ski resorts and 30 minutes from the center of Geneva. Info: Non-autonomous arrival, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Check-out is self-contained, 11am maximum. The property must be returned as clean as you got it on arrival. Bath towels not provided. Not suitable for young children

Beautiful cozy and bright apartment with equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a well exposed balcony with access to the living room or bedroom, in order to relax and enjoy the sun. For a stay between lake and mountain, our apartment is located a few minutes from the beach (Tougues), 8 min drive to the Swiss border, 10 min to the village of Yvoire, 20 min to the center of Geneva and Thon-les-Bains, 40 min to ski resorts, Annecy and 1 hour to Chamonix.

Lake Geneva, its charming villages are 20 minutes by car and the first ski slopes 30 minutes away. Beautiful walks in nature from the house.

Close to the lake... not far from the mountains

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

The apartment has just been redone and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140x190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Essentials are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house when you arrive and park 1min walk away
