Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Ballarat Central

Jane’s house was fantastic for our weekend away. The whole house was extremely clean and beautifully furnished.

We stayed in the cottage for two nights over the Ballarat Marathon weekend. It was very convenient to the town centre and very comfortable. Most importantly the cottage is dog friendly and we were able to bring our two dogs with us to stay. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. The dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay but Sue advised us before we arrived so we weren’t caught off guard . Overall a good stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The place is beautiful and the house has everything you could need. It was spotless and very well presented. We had a great time and hope to stay again sometime soon!

We have waited a while to stay at Stonehenge and it was worth the wait. It was peaceful, cosy and very comfortable. All the amenities were great and everything was of great quality. Andreana was terrific with communication and lovely to deal with. I hope we get the opportunity to spend some more time there.

We had a great stay! The property was comfortable and well-equipped, making it ideal for our group’s work trip. The host was attentive and thoughtful, even providing extra towels, which was incredibly helpful. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. We really appreciated the hospitality and the little touches that made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend to others and consider staying again!

Stephanie’s home was perfect for our family get together. Very spacious with exceptional amenities. The kitchen was very modern and easy to keep clean with state of the art dishwasher. Best part was the exceptional ducted air con. Which kept us all warm and cosy during our stay.

Gorgeous little home that has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Ballarat. Only minutes from the train station and heaps of restaurants and cafes. Georgie was great to deal with and always had fast responses to any questions. Check in and Check out weee both very simple. The property was fantastic—exactly as described. The spacious grounds and beautiful rose garden were perfect for walks, and the vineyard made a stunning backdrop for sunrises. Kids loved the games room, the pool, and having Netflix and YouTube on the TV. The kitchen was spotless and well-stocked. We also enjoyed spotting lots of kangaroos. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

What an absolutely beautiful place! It was sweltering hot when we stayed and yet the beauty of the house , its entertaining area and the furnishings inside and out were so mind blowingly beautiful the chest was quickly forgotten. Whoever owns the house is very cultured, well travelled and has an eye and we are very grateful that they share it with people like us. Beautiful. And the restaurants nearby are exceptional. We ate at Sault and it was better than most Melbourne restaurants in our opinion.

perfect little spot in Hepburn, Sharee was flexible and the place was so easy to check in to, even at 8pm in the dark (they left the lights on for us) bedrooms are get, multiple bathrooms and overall just a spacious environmental! One thing i will mention, coffee and tea is not provided at this house, so bring your own!

Amazing location, lovely home - exreamly comfortable and homey! our family had an incredible time here, plenty to do on the property in a beautiful large home. Lucy and David were lovely, responsive, incredible hosts. Thank you for opening your home to us, we had a great time!

The cottage is a great place for time away with friends. It's in a peaceful and scenic location but still close to several interesting locations to explore.

Beautiful location and a charming cottage along with very helpful caretakers allowed for a fantastic stay. Our kids were never bored with so much for them to do on the property, from the games room to the grassy areas and even a river for some fishing, they were well entertained. Very tranquil setting, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended the cottage to both couples and families.

Extremely comfortable apartment in a great location, just a short stroll to town and all the shops/pubs/cafes. We stayed during the Kings Birthday weekend which was cold and wet and absolutely loved the fire and how cosy it was! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a generous supply of all the basics. Bed was very comfortable, heating was excellent and the shower was great. It is a quiet area away from central Ballarat but there us a big shopping area less than a km away and it is easy to get to from the Western Highway. The absence of wifi is a little inconvenient but Optus reception was fine.

Such a great place. Clean, large, great facilities, excellent heating. Lovely host who made the stay easy and enjoyable. They go above with the activities table in the lounge which was a hit with our kids.

Karen’s place provided a wonderful retreat whilst we were at Golden Plains festival with our children (3&5yo). The children loved the garden Karen provided thoughtful bubble bath, the kitchen was very well equipped (we even baked muffins) and the BBQ was spotless! Buninyong is a lovely town close by and it’s so close to Ballarat if you want to explore those sights and delights. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

This was our second time staying at Vicky’s and once again we had a great time. The house was clean and tidy. Backyard was perfect for our pooch and location is perfect for visiting family and also going to local restaurants and the lake. A very pleasant stay!

Well-located to explore beautiful Ballarat, with parking at front door. Quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable and spacious home with good heating. Jake made check-in easy. Hope to visit Jake's place another time!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The home was spotless, so clean and fresh the moment we walked in. You can really tell how much thought and care has gone into making guests feel welcome. Every detail was considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy touches throughout the space. There was plenty of room for both the kids and adults to relax and enjoy, the games provided were a massive hit with everyone! It felt like a true home away from home. Can’t recommend this place enough. we’ll definitely be back!
