We loved this house. Everything about the house was top tier. Clean and updated. 4 electric bikes, pool and many games, a nice tv room. 10 out of 10 experience

Lots of room for extra friends/family. Great stove top/easy cleaning up. Clean pool, working laundry room. Amazing outside view! Checks off as a really great spot to stay for a few days. Outside amenities is okay could be better. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

The property with its yard, pool and views is really beautiful. Whitney was very communicative and responsive through our stay.

This home was absolutely beautiful and peaceful with stunning views. The pool and Jacuzzi were the highlight for us—especially since the pool was heated, we were able to enjoy night swims. The house is very spacious, perfect for larger groups, and it was wonderful that it was wheelchair accessible, making it easy and comfortable for our client with dementia to join and enjoy the trip. We’re so grateful for this experience and definitely plan to return with more of our family next time!

Fantastic location just outside of Santa Barbara but proximal to the Santa Ynez Valley. Jennifer is a great hostess and her recommendations for food and adventures are fantastic. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away.

The beauty of the home, property, and neighborhood exceeded our expectations. Todd was very responsive and the neighborhood couldn’t be quieter. Kitchen was very very well stocked and we would definitely stay again.

This is definitely a family home that is loved and well taken care of. Everything worked perfectly and every detail thought about and explained. The pool and Spa were clean and welcoming and everything we needed for a family gathering was included. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable (especially the beds) - it was very hard to leave!

This place was amazing. It was such a unique design and yet felt like home. Excellent kitchen, and if you don’t want to cook is a 2 minute walk to Bobs Well Bread. Also close to all kinds of wine tasting, Solvang, and Los Olivos. This was the perfect retreat for our family!

We were very comfortable at Haley’s stylish loft — truly one of a kind. Every detail to make anyone’s stay comfortable was provided for. The area was spacious for three of us. The comfortable King size bed and generous amount of pillows made our sleep very restful. Her loft is in a safe location, within walking distance to downtown SLO shopping area. Haley was also easy to communicate with and quickly responded to our inquiries. Five stars for Haley’s place!

Raymond was the best host I ever had. He was so accommodating with our early check in and offered a late check out which was so kind. Raymond was so responsible to all my questions and requests. Raymond’s house is located at a great location. We can walk to the beach, walk to the restaurants and markets and his house is also located close to the downtown and the train station. My friends and I loved staying at Raymond’s. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we loved the neighborhood. We would love to come back.

Great location for us. The bed was very comfortable. The room comes with all the details shown and then some. Plenty of outlets. Lizzy’s detailed instructions were very helpful. Easy to find and convenient.

This place was absolutely amazing! We have stayed in a bunch of AirBNB's around the country and this one was one of the tops. It made the graduation of our son and the memories we had one that will last a lifetime. Michael was an amazing host and truly responsive and made our stay and graduation weekend the best...not to mention his lovely warming gift to our son when we opened the fridge...(great local microbrews!). If you stay in SLO, ya gotta stay at this place!

It was a nice stay. I do want to say when talking to the host I asked for an early check in a day before I was supposed to be there. Their response was them basically saying they would let me know when they’re done cleaning. I than asked again the day of check in and they than said it was occupied by guest now instead of getting cleaned. I’m thankful they let me check out at least 30 mins later but after I got a message of them saying to consider them again if we stayed in Seattle again ?? But we stayed in Lompoc. I just wish the host was a little more personal, honest and responsive. Other than that the house was like the pictures and nice bathrooms. Will stay again in Lompoc if I ever had too.

This is our 5th time staying here! We absolutely love the location. Having 3 bedrooms with each one having their own full bathroom is priceless!!! The deck is my favorite place to be when I’m not on the beach. I hope all visitors help take care of this home so we can all enjoy more visits in the future!!

My husband and I had an amazing time at Monica‘s home. It was so relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed a fun game of bocce ball and slept amazingly at night. The bed was so comfortable. The temperature in the home was perfect. It had a nice cross breeze with the windows. We would love to stay there every visit back to Santa Barbara.

Easton’s place was beautiful and the perfect home away from home for our family getaway. Location was convenient, and the house was well well cared for and organized to make our stay more comfortable. Additionally, Easton was an excellent host. We had a couple minor issues come up with the house during our stay, and Easton was responsive, understanding, and successful in resolving them quickly. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we have an opportunity to visit Santa Barbara.

We loved Catherine’s cottage. It was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved that it was just up the hill from the Los Olivos business district and enjoyed easy access to that lovely town. We hope to return!

This place is amazing. Spacious. Immaculately clean. Very nicely furnished. Huge kitchen. Beautiful patio. Fantastic location close to wineries and great restaurants. The hosts were easy to communicate with via Airbnb and couldn’t have been nicer. Would be happy to stay again!

Wonderful, comfortable space right in Santa Ynez town. One block walk to SY Kitchen. Great communication from the hosts. Also, one of the most thoughtfully-stocked places ever: not only ample coffee, but cream and sugar! Just a lot of nice, classy touches that made it so lovely to arrive and stay. Bravo!

We were in town for UCSB College Graduation and the original home we rented on VRBO (13 months in advance) cancelled on us. Enter AirBnB and Matt and Robin's Shoreline Retreat. Location was fantastic (quiet neighborhood, walkable to water and into downtown SB). House was perfect - clean, not cluttered, and had unexpected "extras" such as toothbrush/toothpaste, laundry detergent, wine and snacks. Backyard grill... lots of spices and salt/pepper to allow us to make a few things at home without having to buy the grocery store. Seamless communication and when we realized we'd be arriving earlier than planned, they were quick to accommodate and early check-in. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at the Yellow Farmhouse. We loved every minute of our stay - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Sarah was a fantastic host. We will be back!

Amazing spot! Taylor and Joy were very communicative from the get-go and we appreciate the rapid responses when we had any questions. The location and pad was truly beautiful and easy to get in. Very clean and no issues at all! Thanks to the hosts guidebook, we had enjoyed some amazing food & drinks from locations that they had recommended. This place also is walking distance from the local shops and food joints which made it even better! Would strongly recommend this place and we hope to be back in the near future!

Osprey Cottage is a lovely, secluded, quiet place to stay in Santa Ynez. We have stayed in many places in the Santa Ynez Valley and Osprey Cottage is at the top of the list. It is a beautiful and peaceful place to spend the weekend. We will definitely be coming back.
